PetSmart Grooming

This was Maverick's first grooming session, and we were nervous about it. However, he behaved exceptionally well. The lady who assisted us during check-in informed us about the grooming process in detail, and I could see she was trying to reassure Maverick by talking to him and petting him. I appreciate that they accommodated us without requiring an appointment; they got us in right away.

Lou love's it here his almost 4 months and they have done such a great job with him . I love the communication the staff has with their clients. Yadira is Lou's person she is awesome. Prices are fair and reasonable most people won't ask but 45$/50$ plus tip one time a month is not bad . Try them out

I have been taking my pup here for years!!! Chris usually takes care of him when he goes in, however he was not there. First, I get a call saying I can bring him in earlier because they had multiple cancelations. His appointment was at 12:30, I took him at 12. It's 4:15 and I get a call saying it's gonna take my pup longer to be done because they have cats in right now and they don't cut both animals during the same time. On top of that, she made a rude comment about him being difficult. Granted, my pup gets a little anxious with all the noise and everything going on in the groomers salon. I found her comment to be quite off putting. They called me and said he can come in early. Now you're telling me it's going to be beyond the normal 3 to 4 hours. That is unacceptable especially because it seems as if the cats were just dropped off today because they have availability but my appointment was made days ago. I am very disappointed in the comment she made and the lack of consideration for my time.

We just went in for a nail trim. It's a walk-in service so you don't have to make an appointment. The groomers were quick and thorough and sweet to my dog. And that is everything to me. It was cheaper than having them done at my veterinarian's office and way less traumatic than doing them at home. I was able to walk around the store and pick up a few items to purchase while they were working on Zoey.

Shan took care of my pup- it was her first time at the groomer since she’s been adopted and they cleaned her up so well! She looks like herself still- but even cuter! Very pleased and will be back again.

First time at this location. I do not that this should be a $90+ cut was disappointing to have to tell them how to cut and groom when I am not the professional it should be them.
