Briana did a fabulous job with my cat, Jelly. Jelly had a terrible experience with a different groomer at another location and I was very nervous to have him groomed. Jelly came home without irritation, smelling and looking fresh! This is place to bring your cat 🥰🙏🏻😺

Super friendly staff. Says a lot about a place when you leave a voice message and get a call back. They always work magic on my goldendoodle. A perfect groom everytime!

Jen groomed Lily Mae, my Cairn Terrier, for years. Not only was Jen’s grooming of Lily Mae always perfect & expertly done, but Jen showed such compassion & gentleness with Lily Mae after Lily developed back & hip issues in her senior years. Lily trusted & always felt safe with Jen. My beloved Lily Mae has crossed over the rainbow bridge, but Jen will continue to be the groomer of my future dog. Thank you Jen❣️

I’ve been going to Topknots & Tails for many years. My 2 dogs LOVE Brianna! They get so excited to see her every time I mention her name. She caring, loves pets & takes such good care of them. I even waited for her through the pandemic because I will not just go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a new groomer or simply just need a change, definitely contact Topknots & Tails.

Don’t come here if you have a doodle. We’ve brought our pup here 3 different times being believers in giving small business the benefit of the doubt and several chances — we’ll never go back. Most recently, we asked for a trim, and upon picking our dog up found that they made her face unrecognizable, and didn’t cut her body at all, and still charged us the full amount. I brought her to a different groomer the next morning who told us that the people at Top Knots left her with mats on her ears and under her arms, and that it’s appalling that they even charged us for this service. On top of doing a horrible job, they don’t listen to what we ask them to do, come off as very judgmental, and aren’t pleasant to us or to our dog. Each time we’ve picked her up, our typically very easy going dog seems out of sorts and stressed out. We care too much about our dog to put her through that for a haircut. We’ve found a fantastic replacement for Top Knots and Tails in our new groomer, and will not be returning to or recommending this business.

Have been getting my cockapoo groomed here for years. Perfect bath and grooming every time. My dog feels safe and is happy to be dropped off for her day of beauty.

I dunno how I was the only one with a horrible experience, but communication here was the absolute worst. My dog was never ready when they said he would be - always took 1.5-2 hours longer, and they never answered the phone when I called. Not once. Sure he looked beautiful when they finally got to him after being there nearly 6-7 hours. Then one day I had a death in the family and had to reschedule an appointment & after several messages (since they never pick up the phone), they never returned my call. I'm still waiting. I was a fairly new client, so perhaps I was not a priority, but if you don't have time for new clients, then just say you're not accepting any new clients. Additionally, my pup would shake when it was time to drop him off, and he usually LOVES people and going to the groomer and even the vet! So Something made him nervous and that made me nervous about leaving him. Time management and communication needs improvement here....and perhaps hiring someone to answer the phones would also be helpful.
