Giovani loves his visits with miss Emily. He’s been coming to her since I bought him at 6 weeks old and she always makes him look his very best

The groomer Liz was very compassionate, friendly and professional with my two small dogs and even put small colorful neck scarfs on them.. Very caring staff...I would definitely recommend them and use them again..

New to the store groomer Liz did an excellent job and she knows how to talk to people. Ypu can tell she genuinely loves animals which is extremely important and easy to pick up on as an animal lover myself. Kikko and Lani look great!

Emily was amazing! She took her time gave me realistic expectations and talked to my scared puppy the whole time. Amazing!!!!

So sorry to inform you that our special dog has passed away . The last week in May 2025. Our grooming dates with Jennifer were wonderful. She was so learned about grooming poodles and Cupcake loved going . Thanks to all of your staff for a fantastic memory. Check out Cupcake with our daughter, who bought her in Florida. Isn’t that a smile on her face!

Emily was able to fit in a haircut and a bath for my toy poddle, Tatum, when i called to see if she had any same day appointments. She also groomed my puppy goldendoddle a few weeks earlier. My goldendoddle,Brooklyn has alot of anxiety with getting baths due to she experienced many ear infections due to the water just sitting there from previous groomers. When Brooklyn came out when I picked her up from her grooming appointment ,Emily gave her to me and Brooklyn was happy and had no anxiety from her experienced there usually Brooklyn runs to meand seems stressed.That's when I knew Emily is great with dogs and is now going to be grooming both dogs going foward. Emily is also very skilled in grooming poodles overall. Both of my dogs look great!!!

We have been going to the North Dartmouth location for a long time with Iesha who was wonderful but she moved. We tried Kendra for the first time and will never be back. We repeatedly asked that our pups eyelashes not be touched and they were annihilated. Additionally, our wheaten poodle pups look like greyhounds with the hideous cuts provided - essentially they were just shaved completely - no style. One of our pups tried to give her a kiss and she turned her head - that should have been my indicator to leave immediately. Kendra was also incredibly dry with zero personality - maybe she was having a bad day but this is a client facing job. I will learn to groom them myself before I ever go back there.
