I called ahead to ask if they accept walk-ins for nails. (Yes!) I was pleasantly greeted on the phone and at the door. Amber was kind, very quick, and gentle with my dog who had only had her nails trimmed once before. Not only are my dogs nails trimmed perfectly, they were also filed. The price was fantastic. We will definitely be back. Im ecstatic!
