Pet Perfection

I was tryna see if you made a website by now lol… i seen some reviews i wasnt too happy about… so i decided to add my 2cent 😁 i love this lady. I have brought multiple dogs to her. I have a new one i will be bringing this month needs a bath and a trim. Btw I WANTED TO KNOW DO YOU STILL HAVE BROWNIE JONES HISTORY??? she has a husband now. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I was on the phone with my cousin while she was speaking to this groomer about an overnight fee that was unfairly charged. The groomer accused my cousin of being late to pick up her dog but never provided any proof. When I calmly spoke up to try to understand the situation, the groomer rudely told me to "mind my business." That's not how you treat people-especially paying customers who are simply asking for clarity. Charging an overnight fee without showing any evidence the customer was actually late, is not only bad business, it's dishonest. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet or expects to be treated with basic respect. The very reason I was on the phone with my cousin while picking up her pet, is because I was actually looking for a groomer myself, and was going to ask the owner questions. But she answered my questions without me even having to ask!! Her attitude, tone and the way she yelled to me through my cousins phone SAID IT ALL!! God only knows how she treats those precious animals/pets when she's not happy with a customer or if something isn't going her way. I would never want to put my precious Lucey through that! I wish I could leave ZERO stars This groomer is extremely unfriendly, combatative, rude, unreasonable, and unprofessional. She kept my dog overnight. Lying that I arrived after she closed at 3pm. She refused to show me the camera footage showing that I arrived past 3p. She has a nasty attitude and does lazy work with grooming. The ceiling has leaks and missing parts and overall not up to par! I'd look elsewhere before stopping here. YOU are a LIAR and you still haven't provided any proof that I was late because you CAN'T you clearly needed the extra $ that otherwise you'd provide the proof that doesn’t exist. You left well before 3 period point blank. You're rude unprofessional ‼️By the way I'm not coming back because you're a liar and greedy.

Chancellor always has a great cut from here. Michelle is the best and so appreciated. I brought him to her even when it was Hallwood Kennels way back in the day. Thanks Michelle.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am extremely upset and hurt by the horrific service they gave my dog. The service took about 3 hours. When I got their everything appeared to be fine. I paid and gave a tip. I carried my dog to the car, put on her leash, and we went outside for a quick minute just in case she had to potty. We got back in the car and she jumped on my lap then jumped off. I noticed she got blood on my leggings. I carried her back inside to let Michelle know she was bleeding. Michelle informed me that they cut her nails too low and asked if she walked on concrete. I told her yes we walked outside. She asked as if dogs aren’t suppose to walk on the ground! A customer that was sitting in the lobby told me I had more blood on my jacket. On top of that my dog smelled like strong perfume. When we got home I had to give her a bath because the smell was so strong and it was bothering my dog. I’m pretty sure they didn’t give her a bath. She will NEVER go back again.

My Bella is a rescue Shih Tzu, afraid of everything and everyone. Having said that, I was so worried about how she would do. Pet Perfection took great care of her, she looked great, smelled great and the price was not exorbitant. I'd recommend this grooming place to anyone.
