Furry Friends

Had our first grooming at Furry Friends today and loved it! The staff was so nice, my dog looks amazing and he got to hang out and play with the staff/dogs even after he was finished. He came home sleepy, clean and a happy pup! Will definitely go back.

My Luna had never had a professional grooming before. I had washed her myself but with my back issues, it was a (literal) pain. My daughter recommended Furry Friends and I was hesitant… mainly because she is a large dog. I was shocked at the price, pleasantly shocked. They did a great job with her and she came out happy and looking fabulous. I appreciated that she didn’t come out overly perfumed either. I was nervous that the dogs were left to play "freely" but it turned out perfect. Luna got a play date and came home tired and beautiful.

First time there and I am going to come back. The staff were all super friendly and happy to help. I loved their timeliness and job on my pups. Amazing atmosphere with people who are clearly passionate about dogs. I was surprised to hear that it was a cage free place. What an amazing idea to socialize pups while you clean them. My pups came home tired which is another plus! All of this with VERY reasonable prices. I will be a regular! I got a wash, nail trim, and a deshed.

Took my dog in to be groomed at 10am December 23rd. We wanted her groomed so she could visit my mom who is dying in hospice. We received a phone call from the groomers at 11:37am that my dog had died. My husband and I are still in complete shock. My dog wasn't attacked by another dog that i could see, my dog is pad trained and had poop and pee this morning. No blood in urine, her poop was solid. We are dealing with losing my mother and to fork over a ton of money to autopsy my dog, and paying for a funeral for my mom, while it's also Christmas. Financially We decided not to do the autopsy on my dog. So I cannot 100% confirm the groomer is at fault. I just want people to have the knowledge this happen while my dog was in there care. I can only hope this was a freak accident. My pomeranian was 8 years old, and has been groomed all her life. This was her second time getting groomed here. I think "think" "guessing" the stress of being around all the loose dogs might have stressed her out, and she probably had a heart attack. Or maybe a male dog could have tried something with her, or the really big dog i seen could have stepped on her.I didn't feel not at ease with leaving her with so many other dogs out. I just didn't think this would have been the outcome.

If I could give 1000 stars I would. This groomer is amazing, my pup has always been super melodramatic and hates nail clipping. They literally take 1 minute and her nails are done. Sometimes they let me watch, they just hold her and somehow shes fine. She comes out and they give her a little treat and she's happy and her nails are done. I literally couldn't ask for a better groomer. I will be bringing her here forever now. Everyone that works here is so nice and genuine, and you can tell they love animals and wanna help. Amazing!! 100000/10.

I could immediately tell over the phone and bringing my cat to their location for the first time in April that the groomers at Furry Friends love what they do. Although my Himalayan Persian cat was uncooperative that day, the groomer offered to let me bring her in again a few days later and offered not to charge me that day. I will bring my cat again in the future put with medication to relax her. Great people here that love animals and making them look their best!

My wife n I have use furry friends awhile now . Taking different dogs there . Always a great service n grommers. We drive 20 mins to them. But well Worth it ... Our dog likes going there . Lol. .Thank you Grommers...Baby says thks you too 🤣.
