PetSmart Grooming

Would not recommend taking your dog if they’ve never been groomed before. We dropped our dog off at appointment time told them that this was her first time that she can be stubborn and likes to roll on her back because she loves belly rubs. They called two hours later saying they could not give her a bath Or get her out of the cage. Our dog is crate trained so being in a cage isn’t anything new to her, she was able to put the Lead on, and she walked back perfectly fine. So we are puzzled on why they said she wasn’t acting right brought her home gave her a bath in the backyard because she was covered in pee and poop from being scared left in the cage. They need more experienced people for first time Clients.

Mattea did SUCH an amazing job with my Pomeranian/American Eskimo mix. In one visit she's addressed and corrected so many issues we've been having with her grooming over the past two years. She really took the time to inform me about techniques she used to fix issues with Joy's coat and even offered me a free nail grind when I was hesitant before due to incomplete grinds in the past. I'm exceptionally pleased and if you have a Pomeranian or mixed Pom with a double coat I can't recommend her enough.

First of all they can't part my hair on the side no more !!! Other then that, they are the best people I can find to treat pets, 4 days ago we adopted a yr old cat. Have a great day.

I think I finally understand why people would rather drive 15 minutes to another PetSmart grooming salon instead of coming here.

They were great with my pup. Nail trim grind and her face trimmed. Way to go team!!!

The lady did a wonderful job grooming my dog. I plan to take take him back
