Grooming Is A Dream

HACK-JOB Asked for a "Trim" and my dog now looks like a child who got a haircut off Craigslist. Super displeased. They also said my dog tried to "bite"…… right, he’s a 6lb dog getting groomed- that’s pretty normal and I feel groomers should be prepared and trained for this.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To start, from the second we walked in, my dog felt the bad vibe. I should have stopped there. The lady at the front desk made you feel like you were an inconvenience. We just moved to town & this was our first time here. My pup is a Schnauzer, so we said to keep the beard, but trim everything else - she was looking scraggly & wiry & we have never had an issue with grooming our pup. I went to pick her up, and no one was in the front and she was TIED TO A CHAIR alone & shaking in the corner. We had to get the attention of somebody in the back to let them know we're picking up our dog. To top it off, her hair cut was AWFUL, we said trim not shave lol. My poor baby. They cut her toe, and I'm not sure how someone could think this hair cut is okay to give back to someone. Thanks for leaving her beard alone I guess. I will never go here again. If anyone has the names of better grooming places, we'd love to hear them.

I rarely leave reviews however, I must say this: If you are seeking a salon to meticulously well groom your four pawed child, 🥰 this is the place to go, its owners are friendly, professional and do an excellent job of caring for your pet, from washing, grooming, ear cleaning and nails … there work is impeccable. There Salon always is cleaned and polished and smells fresh ! I highly regard there work and every time I pick up my dog 🐶 Brody, He is always beautifully groomed and happy 😃 I give them 5 stars ! Excellence !!!!! Go visit them and bring your pet , you won’t be sorry !

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a few years now and she looks great every time I pick her up!! The owners are amazing and I highly recommend this place for dog grooming!!!

They just trimmed the claws my two one year old cats Liza and Sasha. They did a better job than anywhere else, because I did not have to return for 4 weeks. They told me they sanded their nails after they trimmed then. Anywhere else it is two weeks. Gentle and compassionate people.

Wonderfull work, always on time, he love the bath, and there is a fantastic cleaning. Grooming is a dream !!!

My dog Loves going to Grooming is a Dream He runs in. A Shitzu. I switched from another grooming place and my dog gets stressed out when he’s there for 4 hours. That’s the reason i switched. To Grooming is a dream Because we are first appointment. It’s about 2 hours or less. He comes out very happy I was recommended from a friend and I’m glad she did. It’s very close to where I live The groomers do a great job. My dog Looks adorable every time
