PetSmart Grooming

Canceled my grooming appointment without calling me. Told me the groomer decided they will not longer work on Fridays. My appointment was for a Thursday. Very unprofessional. There were tons of evening appointments when I booked so rather than reschedule me with another groomer, they canceled it.

Maria is amazing and kind! She did really great job on my two cats and I could tell my two babies really liked her and felt comfortable. I would highly recommend her!!!

Best staff ever. Staff treats humans and pets with courtesy and care.

Absolutely the BEST experience for my dog. He was a rescue that I got just a few days ago. The staff there were great and I would definitely recommend anyone who has a pet and needs grooming to go to this store.

Brought my dog in for a bath and haircut probably for the 8th time at PetSmart. My dog left wet and only the bath was given because "she didn’t like the blow dryer and cut can’t be done without blow drying the hair" long story short left with a $60 charge of the bath something I can do at home. Will have spend $100 somewhere else to get my dog groomed. People are obviously not professional groomers who don’t know how to deal with all types of dogs. Save your money, you will be disappointed in one of your visits, manager could not refund money because I received the service that was done even though it was something I didn’t need nor asked.

Me and my two children came into this establishment with the intention of picking up a new four-legged pet. I went up to the registry and I asked for some assistance over next to the hamster and mouse cages. I waited and looked at some fish while someone came over. I was met by Luke who informed me there was no feeder mice available. I proceeded to tell Luke that I was looking for either a mouse or a hamster for my son to pick out. Hey proceeded to tell me that he would not sell me any mice or hamsters or anything because they were not for feeding as I reiterated I never asked anybody for anything related to feeding. Luke proceeded to tell me that he did not have any pets for me to purchase. And I looked at Luke and I said wow for a retailer you don't seem to retail any pets he then Shrugged it off and I asked if there was a manager over him he said he was the manager. I replied I asked you if there was someone over you which he replied it doesn't matter we're not selling you any pets. I then went back to the nice lady up front and I asked for the store manager someone above Luke and she politely got me someone right away. That gentleman has the name Craig. Craig came and informed me that he did not have any feeder mice which I informed Craig that I was not looking for a feeder Mouse I was looking for a mouse or a hamster for my son to pick out. He proceeded to tell me the same thing Luke and whoever else that they would not sell me any animals today and so I asked Craig why he was saying that. He replied that someone called looking for a mouse that's why they won't sell me one. Now I'm not sure what's going on with this store but it's a little odd that a retailer is going to refuse someone's business because of I'm assuming what they look like or some sort of racial Prejudice or something. I'm not sure why they would make up some story about someone calling and whatever they said over the phone prompted them to not sell any more animals to people in the store for the 24-hour period. I find it ridiculous and insulting. I would go elsewhere if you were thinking about dealing with normal people in a place of business.
