Let me preface, I am fanatical when it comes to my dog. The Groom Room hands down is the BEST premier pet spa you can ever ask for or find. It's a true gem! When I first reached out to them, I spoke with the owner directly and she couldn't have been nicer. She recommended Elaine to be my groomer. Prior to my appointment, I had an in depth conversation with Elaine. On the spot, I knew she was the real deal. Her openness and willingness to take the time to speak with me really meant a lot and resonated with me. Elaine, is quite frankly one of the best, knowledgeable, kind, talented groomers I have dealt with. She is extremely passionate about her career and treats you and your pet like family. I simply adore Elaine and so does my pup! If you're looking for the real deal, look no further. I can guarantee you will be thrilled with your pets grooming. You can thank me me, later!

She really did a great job She tried to understand how i wanted my dogs hair cut and she really did a good job meeting my expectation. Puff(my dog) smelled so good. And i can tell he had a good time I used to take puff to petsmart And i had bad experience once and i thought of trying this one Location is lil hard to find But totally worth it once you find it Its like hidden gem in the city. Would definitely recommend to every one who loves there pet Definitely coming back

Place was beyond great. Got a 10 dollar rebate for being a new customer. Just moved from NYC and used the Groomer I had for years. So lucky and glad to find this new one first try. Better than expected. Followed instructions and they were very gentle and loving. Definitely my 2 go place for my babies grooming.

Lindsee and the Groom Team are so wonderful and do the best job! There are closer groomers to my home but I don't mind going a little out my way to bring my furbaby Dexter here because I trust them and know he's in the best hands. He is always so happy when I pick him up and always looks amazing! The mini photo shoots are also such a great touch. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Lucky and I absolutely love the Groom Room. The girls there are so caring and you can tell they love what they do. Lucky is never crated but allowed to interact and play with the other friendly dogs. He always come home looking great and smelling wonderful.
