Alexandra was incredibly knowledgeable about different grooming styles particular to my long haired Lab Retriever. My dog had not been groomed before and she immediately put him (and me!) at ease. My dog also has arthritis in his back leg and doesn’t like standing for long periods of time and she did a beautiful job even though he laid down for most of the appointment, bless her! She is kind, highly skilled, and offers quick responses/updates. Another bonus, there are no cages used and my dog was able to roam around. The space is clean and beautiful and my dog came home SO happy and looking/smelling his best!

Amazing staff, so friendly and caring. This is the perfect salon for my needs. I didn’t want a place where my dogs were placed in a kennel for hours while they waited their turn. Here you come in and they’re ready for your pup. The environment is set up to be fun and joyful and stress free. The cuts and grooming is perfection, including the details and report you get at the end of the groom. No issues with parking, or location. They take contactless payment as well.

Alex has been grooming Colby and Jax for years, so when she moved to her own location we followed her. We live in Castro Valley but come out here because the care Alexandra gives to our babies is beyond replication elsewhere. She is gentle, sweet, and meticulous. Our pups have very bad anxiety but you couldn’t tell when they get groomed with Alex. Our oldest is a senior dog and Alex is extremely gentle and considerate of her back problems. They don’t get crated which is a major plus, and leave smelling SO good and precious! She truly shows every pet love and care from the moment you walk in!

Alexandra is the best! She has been Bruno’s groomer for years at her old place of employment so we followed her when we found out she was opening her own salon. Bruno was so excited to see her this morning…he was running all over the salon with so much joy! The salon is nicely decorated and spacious. Congratulations on your new salon Alexandra!

We took our St. Bernard today for his first grooming since we got him, and Alexandra and Dominic did a fantastic job! Our double-coated dog had some matting, and they got him all cleaned up 🙂 See pictures for before and after!

Jj is so happy! Me and my dad found this place out of nowhere but it’s the best dog bathing place we’ve ever been too! It look only about an hour for a bath, nail clipping, de-shedding, and ear cleaning. I’ve never seen my dog smell so good and look so healthy! This place will be our new go-to 🐾

Alex is such a sweetheart and she was amazing with my new little puppy, Yoda. I think we found our go-to groomer for all future appointments. I was blown away with the results and how detailed she is. Really, this place deserves 6 stars!
