A Tender Touch Grooming

Our dogs look great! Nice setup where the dogs have lots of room while waiting to be picked up. Our one dog is difficult to deal with and no problems! I was able to get in quickly. Tell them Linda & Jasmine sent you 😊.

Took my baby for bath, cut & tooth brushing, we are new to Florida. Got her back & she looks horrible. Nothing smooth about her cut, she was only there a total of 45 minutes. There is no way they bathed, dried & cut her hair also brushed teeth & trimmed nails in that short of time. She didn't smell clean & her breath was still not fresh. Very upset with this & spending almost $80 for a botch job. See pics

All I can say is wow. I usually don’t leave reviews but I just had to for this visit. A Tender Touch did an absolutely incredible job. They were so caring and thoughtful of both my dog and I. We have been looking for a good groomer for at least 3 years and this is by FAR the greatest care and cut we’ve ever received. The customer service was outstanding. They really made me feel that he was in good hands and rightfully so. I couldn’t be more excited to have finally found our go to groomer that does a great job all around! Thank you!

My boy Chase needed a bath, and nails trimmed. His usual groomer is always booked, so I started looking. Two other places were also booked, and when I tried Tender Touch they were able to get me in the next day. Chase came back happy, soft, and smelling good so I am pleased. I will be back.

My dog, Teddy is a very skiddish and nervous dog. Also, I am a very picky customer when it comes to anything that has to do with Teddy, ESPECIALLY his grooming. I have always had many problems prior because Teddy has a little bit of double coated fur but it grows like crazy. I’ve gone to every groomer in the area and they will either shave him too short or have trouble trimming has face or leave him patchy because his fur has waves. But not this place. I dropped him off, explained what I wanted and by the way he was ready in ONE HOUR (rather than other places they keep your dog for FOUR) and he had the best haircut i have ever seen. Keshia had groomed him and she did an amazing job. Also the best part is that they don’t put the dogs in crates or cages like almost every other groomer does, they let the dogs either play or be in a separate area. Usually when I pick Teddy up from other groomers he would be sad and depressed for the next two days. But not here, he was so excited to see me and happy I think because he is scared of cages and it was also so quick and everyone was super sweet! This is 100% going to be my regular spot and I recommend everyone to go here because I have a tricky dog and am usually a tricky client. Here is a picture of Teddy before grooming and after:

I don’t think my recently adopted 5yr, had ever been to a professional groomer. She was nervous and somewhat shaky. Luckily, the team at Tender Touch took time to make her comfortable and relaxed. Because we don’t know what experiences my dog had beforehand, TenderTouch was really patient and went out of their way to ease her fears. When her ears needed a bit more off, they happily took her back and touched them up. Communication be key. Asking me what I liked / disliked, etc and noting it electronically on my pet’s file. Making the appointment was easy and I appreciated the text confirmation, updates and pick-up notifications. I will use them again for sure, …hope this help. N. & Piper 🐾

We have now had multiple great experiences at Tender Touch Grooming. Our Westie, Sadie has never looked better. The staff is pleasant and accommodating.
