Smoochie Pooch

Soso is a beautiful Yorkshire Terrier with a top flight pedigree. I have had difficulty finding a groomer in the area that listens to my desire to have SoSo retain some of the length of her beautiful coat with a hybrid trim that shortens the face. We found the right groomer today in Dunedin. So So was picture perfect and we are very glad to have found Smoochie Pooch. The many photos on the walls of beautifully groomed clients and the very personal vibe at this establishment lets me know that our beloved pet will always be in the best hands for her grooming needs. Melanie was awesome. She did such a good job grooming, my mini golden to Zach. As soon as he saw her, he went right over to her and I could tell he was very comfortable with her and when we picked him up, he was so happy and he looked awesome. Best cut I’ve ever had done on him. Melanie is an asset to your company.

First time at Smoochie Pooch with our frenchies, Hap and Blaze, for a nail trim. Mel was amazing! Mel provided the exact care our rescue Blaze needed to make him feel secure. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Glenny and her team are so great at what they do. Their love and respect for the animals is apparent. I took our very small and young puppy in for his first grooming and Glenny explained the entire process to me as well as suggested we take things slow so the puppy wouldn’t get anxiety over grooming in the future. She was kind and patient with him throughout the experience. She even sent a photo of him to me a couple of days later! I love that I can schedule via text and communication is so easy. 3 Year Update... Journey Boy has been going to Glenny for 3 years now. We both highly recommend Glenny with White Fang DG, she is very friendly, kind and professional. Once you meet her you will definitely understand she truley loves what she does. She is the best! Must stop by and see new digs. Absolutely beautiful. Original Review... Our Journey Boy has been to White Fang Dog Grooming three times now, he LOVES his spa day with Glenny at the salon. I was a bit nervous about going to a new groomer (I found on Facebook), until I texted and spoke with Glenny before the first visit. Once, I met her face to face - I was not nervous at ALL anymore. You can tell she really LOVES what she does and truly loves the puppy dogs. She is very knowable, patient, friendly and caring not only to the puppy's, but with the humans too. She has provided additional insight and knowledge to questions in general I had regarding my boys all around health. I love that she ask for rabies and bordetella vaccine to be up to date. This was a huge PLUS for me. The grooming salon is very neat, organized and clean. Bonus, she takes pictures of your loved ones and shares them with you. Plus, she is a private groomer, so the sessions are one on one!!! I even have a video of her and JBN dancing. I highly recommend Glenny and White Fang Dog Grooming.

My puppy is only 1 years old and Mel treated her extremely well!!! She had a full treatment to include nails and facial. She was as happy when I picked her up as when I dropped her off!! Made my day!! Not to say she looked GREAT when Mel was done with her!!! Thanks Mel!!!
