Absolutely amazing experience. John was wonderful. We have two LARGE 100+ lb dogs that were in serious need of baths and nail trimmings. He made them look and smell wonderful. Will definitely be going back.
John has been grooming my dogs for years. He does a great job and his prices are great. I have never had an issue that concerned me. I will keep going there as long as he is open.
John and his crew are wonderful. My dog Parker hates a bath but he is always treated calmly and lovingly by John and his staff. The professionalism is amazing and everyone there cares about the pet receiving their service. John and crew know the names of the dogs and owners and take pride in grooming the client pet. I have never heard whining or crying from dogs when I enter or leave. The environment is clean, safe and calming. Cudos to Fluff and Scissors and the staff working there. I feel blessed to know all who work there.
