I love this place and will be a customer for the life of my little Morkie Poo! Lucy took my little scraggly guy and made him into a handsome prince! They are so good with my little guy. I bought the puppy package, which is a great value, so my lil Lou was slowly introduced to the process of grooming over 3 visits. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Lux Grooming Boutique!

I took my mini Aussie here and felt comfortable they would do a good job. I asked them to trim her long hair so she would look neater. The groomer shaved her belly (I had no idea they would do that) and they clipped the area around her private bits she had razor burn. It became so bad the next day, it was bright red and she was clearly in pain. I took her in to show them what had happened and they blamed her for licking it. She didn’t, she can’t reach there! They said they were sorry and offered a cone for her to wear. No offer to refund my money let alone my generous tip! I feel foolish for trusting them to do the right thing!

Lux Grooming Boutique has been a wonderful place for our large puppy to get comfortable with an array of professional grooming services. Andrew has been especially accommodating to our nervous puppy, taking extra time and special care to ensure he has a positive experience every visit. Fantastic precision grooming AND exceptional skill with the littles... highly recommend!

I came in with a foster dog that had some serious nail trouble! The entire environment was so calm and relaxing. All the dogs were content and even I started to calm down more the longer I was there. The staff were incredibly gentle and helpful in removing horrendously overgrown nails. They helped keep her as calm as she could be and cleaned up a claw that had broken on our way in. Very kind people and will be recommending them to anyone that asks for a good grooming experience for their pupper

This salons groomers do a nice job on the dogs. It is a "no frills" salon with no bows or goodies on the poodles but their prices are ok. What I took the two stars off for is that I have 3 dogs and because my little girl "poodle" is an older dog and is still happy and can walk tho she’s blue nd and has no teeth. They asked me to go somewhere else because they didn’t want the liability of having an older dog on site. I was offended and hurt that they have so little consideration because she is older. I will be finding another salon.

We used to love Lux but unfortunately over the last year our experience has changed. Our original groomer left and we weren’t notified until our appt when we were told we had to reschedule. A few other times we have been told they have to reschedule last minute. Today we dropped our dog off and was told our groomer was on vacation. We didn’t receive any notice about rescheduling. The grooming services are great but unfortunately the lack of communication will lead us to look to look into using a different business.

we had a supposed standing time every three weeks at 9:am…should have been a given at any dog salon… but more often than not we would arrive and it was not on their books and they were unwilling to accommodate us even though it was their mistake.. soon found anther groomer who welcomed our business, was politer, and actually even less expensive!? do not go there!!
