Petco Grooming

Very disappointed, I told them at check in at 1215 what I wanted and it was not completed. I even gave a 20% tip, when I got to my car,I realized they did not trim chin or privates as I had asked they were done by then. Not even sure if I got all discussed services . Oiginally had an appointment for 1PM I got a text asking me to show up earlier ,which I did. Told me it would be 2hrs. I came back 2:15 pM. early to get pictures of my pals first cut. They hadn't even brought him up to grooming area cause he didn't like the "hair dryer" had to put him in a kennel that had a dryer. I went home and got a text at around 3PM that he was ready for pickup. They did trim his face,around eyes,not sure what else was actually done.

I am very happy with the grooming: I have had one Schnauzer who has passed - My groomer Sage was so kind to him - now to my Schnauzer Scout , Sage has been so good to both dogs plus she is sweet as a person

My dog, Stanley, has had haircuts by Sage several times now. Sage is amazing at what she does! I can tell that she loves dogs, and I know that my dog loves her. She is always polite, and my dog is always happy to see her!

Dog bath & brushing. Golden retriever with short red hair. Did not need nails,anal glands, ears, or teeth. No special spritz spray. Charged $100 Outrageous. I explained at check in that I had used furminator on him & list of things I did not want done. They did not reduce price knowing how little he needed done.

Groomer is great. The appointment times need a lot of work. Our dog is there over 4 hours.

I have only positive review with PETCO. 5 years as Rue was puppy we had Stephanie, I was so excited to see how she loved Rue. She was no longer able to work with large dogs. I am as heartbroken but understood. Sage was next and the same treatment , I had to cancel with her and have had Megan, same! Couldn’t be happier with the whole crew.

I have three dogs that I take here regularly for grooming: a Bernedoodle (2yo, 90lbs), a standard poodle (8yo, 60lbs), and a standard schnauzer (2yo, 45lbs). I've been going here for years and Megan is amazing!!!! She takes such good care of all of our dogs. They are always beautifully groomed and well cared for and happy. She always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!!!!
