A year and a half ago, when I brought home my furry friend, I sampled various grooming services in Wales but was underwhelmed. A Google search led me to Furry Land Grooming, and I've been delighted with their customer service and overall experience. Over the past year and a half, I've received superior service that has consistently met my expectations. While there was a brief lapse in service quality, Ms.Jackie has been an exceptional point of contact, delivering outstanding results and demonstrating a keen understanding of customer needs. Yulisa did an AMAZING job on my Rough Collie and anyone who knows the breed knows how much coat there is to work with! This is our second time back and will definitely be booking again. Not only did he look incredible, but he was calm and happy when I picked him up, which says everything about how gently and patiently she handled him. 🐾✨

My dog Marley was groomed today. Lukas was amazing with him, especially since he is blind & nervous. He smells so clean & looks so nice and fluffy. Sadly, Marley will be crossing the rainbow bridge soon, but in such a sad time, I am so grateful for kind & patient people like Lukas. He looks so handsome before he goes to heaven. I definitely recommend.

I’m very happy with the service that we received. Brenda came today and actually arrived a little bit earlier, which was great and groomed my dog Henry. She was very pleasant and had a good report with my dog. I work 2 days from home so the service is super convenient for me. I would definitely recommend the service to others!

Furry is a well maintained business, very professional and what they do and who they hire The best part of it All my Shih Tzu has never been happier my dog groomer Alice is phenomenal. She is very patient and professional my dog suffers from anxiety, and to have someone like her who keeps her calm and happy after her cut my dog is extremely happy. for me That’s what counts.

Furry friends is absolutely marvelous! My Benny is almost 10 years old and is going blind. They take the utmost care of him when it’s his grooming date. And he looks forwatd to his spa time! They are professional, caring and They always keep you Up-to-date on the arrival time I wish I knew of them sooner because I recommend them highly
