Fido’s Pet Grooming & Hotel

I had such an amazing experience! They were kind enough to take my Pomeranian in without an appointment and were incredibly patient and gentle with her. She was clearly well taken care of, and she looked absolutely adorable after her trim. You can really tell they care about the dogs. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Fido’s Pet Grooming. I picked up my golden doodle only to find his eye swollen and red — and no one even bothered to call me to inform me something was wrong. I actually had to call them first just to ask if my dogs were ready, which is already frustrating on its own. When I arrived, they casually told me about his eye like it wasn’t a big deal. They tried to blame it on my dog being "nervous" with the air dryer, but this goes far beyond normal nervousness. My dog has been coming here for a long time, so that excuse doesn’t make sense. What really made things worse is that they initially told me they would show me camera footage, then suddenly changed their story and said their cameras weren’t working. That felt very dishonest. Instead of taking accountability, I was given multiple excuses and felt like they were trying to shift the blame onto my dog. As a pet owner, that’s unacceptable. I trusted them with my dog’s safety, and they failed. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone who expects transparency and proper care for their pets.

I've been to 2 different groomers in Edinburg before Fido's, and no one has ever given him such a nice haircut. I'm very happy with the price and the efficiency. It only took about 2 hours which is half the time it would take the other groomers.

I can’t say enough great things about Fido’s Grooming! Their customer service is always great, and I really appreciate that they accept walk-ins, it makes things so convenient. Most importantly, they treat Roofus with so much love and care. You can truly tell they enjoy what they do. When I drop him off, he’s comfortable and not scared at all, which says everything about the environment they create. Every time I pick him up, he walks out happy, and looking great. Another huge plus is their efficiency, they usually take about 2 hours, which is amazing compared to other groomers who take much longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about your pet! 🐾

Great customer service and my dogs have never looked better! I am originally from the valley but live up in DFW and make trips down here to visit family and get my dogs groomed here! Squish, Skye and Theodore love visiting them!

Ive been taking my lovely dog to Fido's for a few months now. Always happy with their service. But today... IT WAS AMAZING!!! Vika was excellent and exceptional with my Molly. Thank you so much. From now on I'll be requesting you for her. You met my expectations and more.

My dog CHEWY-gets groomed at this facility. They are so caring and careful with him. Customer service is awesome they treat my dog like family. And when I pick him up he is not upset, shaking he is a happy pup. I am fully satisfied with this place. Thanks a bunch
