Price gouge. My dog is 15 years old, doesn't even need a haircut, just a bath, brush and nail trim. They told me yesterday on the phone $90 based on condition. Today I show up, they told me $200+. What in the world? They literally said "its a lot of brushing", Haha thats literally your inly skill with dog grooming, and thats your basis for jacking up the price. Not even getting a haircut, which typically takes longer. These people get you to their shop and then jack up the price, thinking you wont walk away. When I moved here 2 years ago they did the same thing. They said $85, and when I showed up, I ended up having to pay $165. I came today bc Im leaving the county and my normal groomer didnt have any openings. My recommendation is, use another groomer that doesn't price gouge once you arrive.

If I could give this place -5 stars, I absolutely would. I spoke with a younger employee named Yuki, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I approached, she was on her phone texting and completely ignored me—even after I politely announced myself like any normal customer would when needing assistance. I understand that phones are sometimes used for business, but basic acknowledgment and professionalism should still be expected. When she finally looked up, she seemed visibly irritated and inconvenienced by my presence. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unwelcoming. Because of this interaction, I felt very uncomfortable and ultimately discouraged from leaving my pet in her care. As a pet owner, trust is everything—and her behavior gave me serious concerns about the level of care and attention my dog, Sugar, would receive. This experience alone is enough for me to say I would never recommend this place. I did later speak with an older employee to express my concerns and strongly encouraged that Yuki be addressed regarding her professionalism and customer service. At the very least, she would benefit from basic customer service training.

They are wonderful ❤️ and do a great job. I recommend them to everyone but bring the credit card 100 + for a wash! Small dog 🐕 wish I could use them more but but yikes 😬 real hair cut and groom incoming fingers crossed maybe it will be less?

Yuki and her team at Happy Paws always do an amazing job! I’ve been coming here for many years now and they always give me the same reassurance that Onyx will always be taken care of!

Yuki at Happy Paws did an AMAZING JOB on my baby girl Millie! She was matted pretty bad and she cleaned her up really good! I will definitely be taking my baby back there.And I highly recommend! Thank you so much ❤️🐾

Yuki at Happy Paws is the best groomer I have ever taken my 14 year old dog to. She’s always happy to see him and my dog is happy to see her. She does a fantastic job and is gentle with him. She knows how to take care of him and is patient with him. I will always recommend Yuki! A big thank you to her team as well.
