Petco Grooming

Brought my golden retriever to this location for the first time for a bath to trim matted fur. The groomer cut too close to my dog's ear when shaving off the matted fur and left her skin bleeding. My dog keeps scratching it now; I hope it doesn't get infected. Groomer never told me this; I found out a few days later when I saw my dog scratch at the area. Will not return to this location.

Ivanna and the bathing staff are absolutely fantastic! I have a puppy that is nervous and scared and they were very patient with him and took the time needed to make my puppy comfortable. It's going to be a long road but I trust them with him 100% and they really exceeded my expectations of what was able to get done due to his temperament. He got such a cute haircut!! His before and after is so good!

They were very friendly and understanding about how my girl and I have separation anxiety. Not sure who is worse about it, her or me. I stress every time someone takes her lead, whether it is the vets or groomers. She is my service dog, but I am her service human. Works well for us.

Very unprofessional I brought my dog there before and he had his nails cut. The young lady told me this time we did the best we could. I paid the package for my dog to get his nails ears teeth and his booty cleaned and none of that was done. I’m very displeased with This and he will not be coming back.

Been here multiple times and have always had bad exercises. The staff always tries to refuse service for something. It's always you didn't have proof of this vax or this we can't take them because they were just treated for this certain thing. You have to jump through so many hoops to just get them to do their jobs. And on top of that when you go to check out, they have to print you a receipt and you have to go to the main Petco to wait in line to pay instead of just paying them directly.

First time I brought my dog we had a great experience, but this time I was very disappointed. I had to brush my dog as soon as I got home since it was very poorly done

I am extremely happy with Petco I have vital care and I get so much discount it is well worth it. And they have some of the best groomers. It is a must to get vital care it is worth the money.
