Truly Kind and Compassionate Groomers! We had an amazing experience with Elsa and her team at Blue Moon Pet Grooming! Last Friday night, we found a small, older dog wandering the streets — dirty, matted, and clearly in need of help. We called four different pet grooming shops and even a vet hospital, but none were willing to take care of him since he was a stray. When we reached out to Blue Moon, Elsa immediately understood the situation and kindly offered to help us. She welcomed us for a walk-in service with no hesitation or judgment. She and her team treated the little dog with such gentle care and compassion. The dog was very scared and quite aggressive during the cleaning, but Elsa stayed patient, calm, and professional the entire time, showing her true skill and love for animals. Even though he was quite dirty, she only charged the regular price and made sure he left clean and comfortable. It’s rare to find people who show such kindness and dedication, especially toward an animal in need. She took the time to really understand what we needed, reassuring us that our furry friend was in good hands. Throughout the grooming session, Elsa kept us updated with photos, which was a thoughtful touch that really put us at ease. The shop, located conveniently at 11024 Lower Azusa Rd in El Monte, was clean and welcoming. Elsa even treated us to complimentary bottled water while we waited. It's little gestures like these that made our experience feel special. The end result was fantastic. Our pet looked amazing, and it was clear that Elsa handled him with the utmost care and professionalism. We were so impressed with the quality of service and the personal attention we received. Love this store! You can tell she really cares for the pets. She even lets them walk around and roam before and after their shower so they can be social and less nervous.
