Heavenly Paws

I tried giving a small business owner a chance. She "nicked" my dog’s private part and I simply asked her to be more careful and I ended up getting YELLED at. That’s a first. I don’t know what this woman’s issue is, but you don’t yell at customers - especially after YOU nicked my dog’s sack, to take umbrage because I called it a ‘cut’ is ridiculous. The dog was bleeding for a half hour after we got home. WHY did I even bring him back there? That’s on me.

I’ve brought all my dogs, both big and small, to Heavenly Paws for 10+ years. They are very accommodating and patient no matter what mood my dog is in. I know my dog will always be treated with the best care. On a personal note, when my kids were still babies, they would even come out to my car and get my dog so we wouldn’t have to unload everyone. Dogs are Man’s best friend and "Heavenly Paws is Dog’s best friend!"

First time going here!! Owner was very pleasant. Very patient with my dogs and very gentle!! Will definitely be going there again and recommending to others.. enjoyed talking to her!!

Be prepared this woman is not friendly at all. She is very nasty! I never made it past the driveway her attitude was so unprofessional and when I let her know I didn’t appreciate how she was speaking to me she got increasingly nasty but cannot handle anybody speaking their mind. When I arrived her first comment was I don’t know you, even though I explained to her over the phone that she met my dogs but not me I even gave her the name of the person who brought my dogs to her. And when I reiterated what I said earlier on the phone her she was rude. Stay away she is a crusty nasty lady who is extremely unpleasant. I guess she works with dogs because she cannot work with people.

Called to make an appointment for first time and the receptionist was VERY rude on the phone. Then I spoke with a groomer was nicer and then sent me back to the receptionist for a possible appointment and the phone hung up. Sooo, no I will not be going there. They sounded too overwhelmed and very angry over there. Not taking my pup to an upsetting environment

I love the one on one experience my pup gets at Heavenly Paws! She’s always so comfortable and comes home looking and smelling great

The lady here is very pleasant she is the nicest lady I have ever met not only that but she does a fantastic job on my dog and a very reasonable price I recommend you coming here.
