The Pawber Shop and owner Kimmy have been grooming Luna since she was a tiny puff of fur back in 2017, and we have never trusted anyone else since. That’s almost 9 years of loyalty ,because when you find the right place, you don’t risk it. Every single time Luna walks in, I know she’s in caring hands. They don’t just clip and send your dog home they pay attention. They notice the little things. They’re gentle, patient, and intentional. Luna comes home looking sooo cute… but more importantly, she comes home happy, relaxed, and clearly loved. And dog parents KNOW you can tell when your baby was treated kindly. The energy is different. The vibe is different. The Pawber Shop understands that our dogs are family, not appointments on a schedule. The quality is always top tier. The cuts are clean, polished, and consistent. But what keeps us coming back year after year is the care behind it. We are customers for life. We have been taking all of our dogs to this groomer for the last 3.5 years and I recommend them to everyone!! They are super professional, kind, and have great pricing. They also are super friendly and remember me and the dogs, which is very personable. When I was pregnant, they were so kind in knowing who I was and offering help with the dogs and were extremely understanding when I got stuck at a doctors appointment. The dogs always come home smelling and looking their best. I don’t have a bad word to say about the pawber shop— they are awesome! You won’t regret taking your dog there!

First time here. The groomers are very sweet here and they left our little Lacey super adorable. She smelled so good and they even recommended a comb to get from Amazon instead of just using a slicker brush. So happy for all the recommendations for a 1st time puppy owner. So happy that I found a great place and they were able to do great for her first haircut! 💓

I didn’t want to even give them this one star. The girl on the phone was not understanding or comprehending what was being said. Trying to over talk and not listen. So NOOOO ABSOLUTELY NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH A PLACE THAT DOES NOT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!
