Beware of new fee added when you make appointment on line. A $12 nail buffing fee has been added. You have to take it off or you will be charged automatically. A rop off. Too bad because the groomer Caroline does a nice job.

Tony was excellent. Prada can be difficult to groom he took his time with him. I was worried because this was his first time with Prada. My old man looked perfect when finished. He gets ten stars!!! All the staff there is great💝

Lara does a great job with my two dogs! So sweet to them and gives them a great cut.

Lara is so kind to our pup. He is older and she makes him look great and takes special care of his needs.

Groomers (Anna and Wes) were great at making my dogs very comfortable, while getting their nails trimmed, etc. Very patient and professional.

Nala enjoys the attention and love she gets from Anna which makes the trimming process so much better.

Caroline has become my go-to groomer for my furry baby, Ley. I had seen several groomers before, but Caroline truly listened to what I wanted for Ley’s haircut—and she delivered exactly the look I had in mind. She’s always attentive, kind, and makes sure both pet and owner feel comfortable. When I’m checking out at the register, she brings Ley out ahead of time and spends time with her, which is a thoughtful touch that I really appreciate. The online appointment system is also super convenient, and I love getting the text message updates when Ley is ready for pickup. I highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares.
