All About The Dog

My dog (1 year old mini golden-doodle) suffered a broken leg, required emergency surgery and spent 2 nights in the hospital after a grooming appointment at this facility. This was in early September. Our dog was dropped off for services and 5-10 minutes later we received a call that there was an accident. Details were never made clear as to what happened in that 5-10 minute span. This accident ultimately cost over $10,000, months of challenges for our dog and something he may not fully recover from. Initially, the support from All About the Dog was positive and responsive, but in attempting to recover re-imbursement for final medical costs, I was unable to receive a response and am now being directed to an attorney. I will not recommend this location to anyone who values the safety of their animal.

i brought my 1yr old golden retriever to get groomed and i am so happy with their work. he has the proper cut and he looks so handsome! his feathering is perfect and he smells lovely (wish he smelled this good all the time!) the groomers were welcoming and patient. when i picked him up he was front and center getting loved on by everyone. i picked this salon based on their reviews and pictures of their work and there is a reason they’re the top rated spot in town- they’re amazing! i had gone to a different grooming place before and was not nearly as impressed as i am right now with All About the Dog. we will be back again for another groom in a few months 🙂

I highly recommend this place. The staff is great and always treat my dog with so much love and patience.

This place has gone unhinged. I am not sure if there was a change of ownership, but something has gone terribly wrong. We brought in my disabled dog (walks on 3 legs) only to find that they had cute a HUGE CASH in her disabled foot. When my elderly mother called to complain, the owner angrily screamed at her in broken English. I called and left a message that same night. The next morning at work, my phone was blown up by perhaps 15 consecutive calls from this guy. I am reporting them to the town and to any concerned animal cruelty organizations.

This is our first time here with my daughter's mini labradoodle. His cut was great and exactly the length we requested. He had a couple of knots and they took care of it without having to shave it off. Very reasonably price !!! Will be back for sure . Photo is the before grooming

I've been coming here over 7 years. I love the service. The girls are amazing, friendly and very accommodating. My dog feels very comfortable coming in and they even know and remember her name. Highly recommend 👌
