Ears to Rears Grooming

Jenne does a great job with my three puppers. You can tell she loves what she does and shows my boys that love. She's been gentle and soothing with my guys. It's a relatively quick grooming, with Jenne being attentive to what we'd like the dudes should have done. The puppers are always excited at the end and I can tell they were not scared and everything went well. Fair prices and we like supporting small businesses. For us, the fuzz clowns are family and trust Jenne with them. Say hi to Princeton, Berkeley, and Baylor!!!! Berks has an appointment tomorrow and Baylor is going on Friday. Puppy spa day!!!!

I had such an incredible experience with Ears to Rears! Genie is an older and very sensitive dog and the one-on-one care she received made the experience so much easier for her. The grooming was also thorough (I mean look how great she looks), including nails, ears, and glands. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m so glad I found it.

I have been taking my doodle to From Ears to Rears for 2 now and have never had a bad experience ever! Both Jenne and Stephanie do a great job!! Plus I love that my baby doesn’t have to kenneled while waiting for other dogs to get groomed. They work with one dog at a time and that really helps with stress and anxiety! We did use another groomer before but it took six hours and cost a ton of money. Not to mention how stressed out our dog was. Never again. I’m staying with Jenne and Stephanie as long as they will have us!!! Kudos!!!

All I can say is "WoW"! I've had lots of dogs over the years and the two that I have right now require regular grooming. I've taken them to. Lots of different places. Some okay some not so good but Grace at Ears to Rears did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend if you're particular about a cut and want the most value for your money, this is the place. I had a bit of an emergency when the family Border Collie got into some cockleburr bushes and had some badly matted fur. He hates being groomed at home, so I contacted Ears to Rears to ask about their policy on taking reactive dogs and was told that they could give it a try and if it didn't work out, no harm done. I was able to get in right away and not only was our groomer absolutely delightful, patient, and accommodating, but she managed to get Blu looking like the handsome young pupper I knew he was under all those snaggles! No muzzling or sedation was required, just patience and a calm, one-dog-only environment - I was amazed, delighted, and hugely satisfied with the results - I STRONGLY recommend!

We have had Steph groom our pup since the first time she was groomed. Steph has a calming demeanor, and I know that Steph treats her like she would her own dog. Super convenient location, quiet, non-chaotic, and an overall peaceful space.

I'm finicky. Much more so than my Australian Retriever. She's soon to be 14 years old and I'm overprotective. I had special requests. The owner asked to speak directly (I used Facebook to make initial contact). We agreed to begin and see how things went. I was pleased with how the expenses and possible additions were clearly explained. Perhaps the best recommendation I can provide, beyond the obvious care shown by the groomer/owner, is how a discrepancy was alleviated. There was a brief understanding confusion over how well my girl could stand freely on her own. This was not an animosity, just miscommunication or even a forgotten bit of information. My girl wears boots with non-skid pads. Without her boots, her strength has lessened in her rear, and she loses her footing. The groomer adapted quickly, placing a bit of flooring of sorts in the bathing tub. I'm not going to state my requests that were accommodated because it's not fair to assume every special request is equal between different circumstances. I am going to say, if you have special requests, ask. If reasonable, I have little doubt they will attempt to meet your wants. I'm very satisfied and made a follow-up appointment before leaving the first appointment.
