Tatum was the only groomer that could tackle our feisty Tango, we were desperate for somone to help with her grooming fears and discomfort and she was successful and GREATLY appreciated. To this day Tango has passed but she now grooms our 2 other fur babies Potato and Charli. Tatum will be my groomer for as long as I have the privilege to own dogs! They are the best at what they do and always do it with compassion and patience, and the dogs come first! Oak and Elm will always be my grooming recommendation for everyone. 💖

We have been taking our fur babies to Tatum for a number of years. They absolutely love her and so do we! Our little Duncan is very timid and he does not care for most people; but Tatum has brought him out of his shell, she even gets a few kisses during the spa day. She does such a wonderful job. Her patience and kindness are very appreciated!

We couldn’t be happier with the care and quality we get here. The grooming is always fantastic—our dogs come back looking great every single time. What really stands out is how well she listens to exactly what we want and makes sure it’s done right. The facility is clean, organized, and has such a welcoming feel, which makes a big difference when you’re trusting someone with your pets. The new retail section is also a great touch—thoughtfully curated and convenient. Most importantly, she is incredibly patient and gentle with our dogs, especially our senior pup who needs a little extra care and attention. It gives us total peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. Our dogs come home smelling great! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares.

First and foremost, Sonnet is an amazing dog trainer. We followed Sonnet from her previous employer because of how well she got along with our youngest dog, and the way she was able to truly meet us where we humans were at in life. We took private training lessons and completed some in home sessions with Sonnet as well. All 3 of our dogs and us humans learned a lot from Sonnet! We were so happy when she opened her own business to groom our pets as well. She’s patient with all of our pups, especially our wild child and incredibly gentle with our oldest senior pet. We are very picky when it comes to our pup’s care, and we are grateful that Sonnet is a pet of their care team. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

I really can’t begin to express how life changing Tatum’s care and work is. Our dogs unfortunately could be featured on a TLC tv show for the way they react to grooming. While they used to love it, one very bad incident led them to be horrific, terrified, aggressive, and exhausted by it all. Leading to many years of us just suffering through grooming, putting it off until it couldn’t go any longer and just trying to get it over with. Sedation, muzzles, everything. Absolutely soul destroying as a dog owner. We had tired everything, and everywhere, and then a friend recommended Oak and Elm. We booked not really expecting anything different, expecting someone to say "yeah they’re just difficult" but instead we picked up 3 beautiful and relaxed dogs who LOVED their groomer even AFTER the groom. Their nails trimmed, dematted, bathed, and LOVED. I went home and cried it was so relieving. Best money we have ever spent and I really can’t express my gratitude enough for their training, care, education, and work. Thank you ❤️

My puppy, Charlie, and I LOVE Tatum. Charlie went from shaking when I would drop her off to now absolutely LOVING being with Tatum. Tatum is patient and kind to Charlie. She knows how to work with anxious dogs to calm their nerves and bring out their personality. We highly recommend Tatum!!!

I take all three of my pups to Sonnet at Oak and Elm Tree. She always does a great job and it’s a much more relaxing and comfortable environment for them. With two being reactive and skittish, I appreciate so much that she respects their boundaries and focuses on creating positive associations with grooming. Plus, they are not surrounded by the chaos of other dogs being groomed or kenneled afterwards, waiting to be picked up. They always leave looking good and feeling good!
