Lisa is genuinely the best. My Westie is 15 years old. Trust me I’ve been places. Some very bad experiences. At one point they even "had to sedate my Baby" because she was an "impossible dog" When I move back to Florida I felt unsure of what was going to happen, but thank goodness I found Lisa. She made me feel hopeful about the grooming without sedation. She not only did a great job but also my dog behavior was different, she always was frightened in the past grooming places, but as soon as we go inside Lisa"s place she walks inside happy without looking back at me. I absolutely recommend this place.

Lisa is simply amazing. Thorough and fantastic attention to detail as well as kind and gentle. The dogs all love her. She used to be out east and now I drive across town because I couldn't find anyone else that came close to her quality. Highly recommend!

Lisa is truly the best! My mini goldendoodle Princess Leia absolutely loves coming here and is always so happy when she arrives. She always gets the best haircut/grooming/bath. What’s also great is the fact that the dogs aren’t in cages and Leia can run around and play while she is waiting. Other places with cages have given her anxiety in the past. That is no more! Princess Leia leaves very happy and looking beautiful every time. I totally recommend Auggie’s Pet Spa to anyone searching for the best groomer in town.

I had such a great experience bringing my Goldendoodle, Piper, in for a touch-up! She did an amazing job and really listened to what I was hoping for. Piper looks so clean, fluffy, and well-groomed — exactly what I wanted. It’s clear she pays attention to the details and truly cares about the dogs she works with. Piper seemed comfortable and happy, and I really appreciated how closely she followed my expectations. Overall such a great experience. Piper and I will definitely be back!

I couldn’t be happier with the service Lisa and her team provided! We got the Luxury Bath LG (no haircut). My German Shepard Mix puppy came back looking fantastic and feeling relaxed. They were very professional, friendly, and handled everything with such care. Also loved that they gave him a treat before we left. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality grooming services at a great price!

Very convenient location. As usual, Jennifer did a great and consistent job with Wilson haircut. Unlike some other places, he comes out of there happy and without any razor burns! I scheduled already his next haircut. Update on Sep 1st, 2022. Another great haircut! Update on August 2023. Another great grooming job by Lisa!
