Lola Little Paws

Booked a service through the company’s booking platform for 2/1 at 1:30 pm. The owner messaged me shortly after saying they weren’t available for that date and time anymore and asked if I could do the next day at 1 pm. I agreed. The day of the scheduled grooming, the owner texted me an hour before the scheduled grooming to ask if they can come early at 12:15 pm instead 1 pm. I said yes. I checked my phone at 12:25 pm to see where the groomer was since I had not received a phone call. I instead see text messages at 12:17 pm saying that they are at the gate. I called and got no answer, then they replied back via text saying that they left and that they couldn’t wait. I proceeded to ask why they didn’t call before leaving or try to call me using the gate intercom. They said they couldn’t wait, which makes no sense, seeing that the original appointment was for 1 pm and they are the ones who asked to come 45 minutes early. Their messages there after were extremely unprofessional and horrible. This company should not be in business with the way that they communicate to their customers. Do better!

alan and his wife are wonderful they do my four doxies one isn’t the friendliest but Alan and him are now buds they do teeth cleaning on weekends excellent job

Alain did a great full service on my small dog. He smells great and looks amazing! It was very easy to schedule an appointment and so convenient. Very fair prices compared to other groomers.

Lola Paws staff are very professional and punctual, they go anywhere from Miami to Broward and they treat my pet very well. I'm very satisfied with their services, thank you!

Alain is amazing! He takes great care of my dog and she smells like heaven for weeks after being groomed!
