MARU Doggie Grooming

My Pomeranian had a full grooming service here and looks adorable! I requested just a light trim. They did a great job, and I’m happy with the results.

I’ve been bringing my dog Rocky to Maru and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team does an incredible job every single time. Rocky always comes out looking and smelling amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs in their care, which makes drop-off so much easier. Highly recommend Maru to any pet owner looking for a groomer they can truly trust!

Every five weeks, Duri gets groomed here. The shop is clean, and the staff are friendly. Duri is 13 years old, so he has skin problems and ear infections, but I can feel the warm touch of the groomer who takes care of him. Thank you to all of you who love dogs.

Amazing place. I love how they cut my puppy’s hair, I can tell he was happy just like me. I Will come back again for sure 😁

We have been bringing our dog here for years, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. They take such amazing care of her and always do a beautiful haircut. The staff makes me feel completely comfortable leaving my precious dog with them, knowing she is in loving hands. Everyone is so polite, respectful, and truly treats the dogs like family. Even though we moved far away, we still drive the distance because their care and service are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! I came to this shop through a friend’s recommendation, and they groomed my dog with a cute, round face. I loved it so much that I’ve been coming here for the past four months:)

Extremwly bad service. I rate this place 1 because I have no other option to give lower than a 1. I went to this place to get my dog's nail trimmed today. My little chihuahua must've pooped while she was getting groomed because either they hurt her or she got scared. I heard a loud yelp but couldnt see inside because the door was shut. Isn't it obvious that if a dog poops - let the owner know the dog pooped while grooming? Instead- they just tried to hide by wiping her butt with wet naps and call it a day. When the Korean female groomer handed over the dog - she didn't even have decency to hand over the dog to me. Instead they let her go on the floor. Her jacket and her harness was covered with feces. Very dissatisfied - i got the attention of the Korean male front desk man who went to the back and asked him what happened? He couldn't answer my simple question. I asked if she pooped and he says yes. I was like - weren't you going to tell the owner? He had no answer. He just says " I wiped her butt and thought everything was fine". No apology, no sorry, nothing. Few seconds later - a lady walked in (happens to be the owner) and I explained everything to her. She yelled at the front desk man and she did apologize. She scolded the man (who apparently have absolutely no clue running the store and customer service). Dont waste your time here. Extremely bad service here.
