Everyone at PetStory is incredibly kind and helpful to both me and my dog. The staff always make us feel welcome. Today I brought Oreo in for grooming, and Yaeji communicated with me thoroughly about what I wanted and really tried her best to meet all my requests. She is very professional and attentive to details. After the grooming, my dog was happy and comfortable, which really means a lot to me. Highly recommend

This is the first time I've taken my dog to a groomer. Hailey was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Hailey and Pet Story. She was matted in hair legs, armpit, and ears, but she saved her from getting shaved. I also wouldn't mind the shave. Done within 3 hrs. Dropped off 1:30pm, discussed for 5-15 min, picked up at 4:30pm. She was jumpy and happy when I saw her. The store has toys, accessories, clothes, and treats you can get from there. Very cute toys!

I absolutely loved this place!! The staff were so patient and gentle with my dog, which made me feel really comfortable. The grooming result was AMAZING—my dog looks unbelievably cute now 😭 And they even put on a super adorable scarf at the end! You can really tell they care about the details. I’ll definitely be coming back!

No sense of aesthetics. I won’t comment on the body since it was shaved as requested, but the head was shaped into a rectangular form. The hair on the chin is uneven in length, and the fur around the mouth is too long and droops down, making my dog look older. The grooming technique is poor and the result looks unattractive. She is very unhappy, and so am I.

This was Ky’s second time getting groomed by Yaeji, and she did an amazing job again! Ky was a little overdue for grooming and had gotten a bit scruffy with some mats, but he looked so cute and smelled so good after. You can tell she’s super gentle and really cares about the dogs she works with. My dog can be a bit shy, but he’s totally comfortable with Yaeji, which says a lot. The cut was exactly what I wanted both times. Definitely coming back — highly recommend her! 🐾💛

My little girl is getting older, and I know she can be a bit difficult because of her age. This was her first full grooming at Pet Story, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She came home looking absolutely beautiful and, to my surprise, even seemed to feel better she was wagging her tail and ready to play again! The team and Olivia at Pet Story was so patient, gentle, and caring with her. I’m so grateful for the wonderful job they did and the extra love they gave my senior pup.

Best staff Albert and Mathew so amazing and Hailey is so talented and my Winston loves her so much! Highly recommend pet story in Fort Lee store is great and everyone that works there is always so nice.
