PetSmart Grooming

I have been taking my dog here for nail trimmings for about a year now. He has anxiety when it comes to nail trimming and they always do such a great job with him! The whole team at petsmart grooming are so nice and extremely accommodating. I can't recommend them enough!

Would rate lower if possible. I booked a bath and de-matting but they said I booked with a bather (I didn’t. I selected the services I wanted and they scheduled me) and that a bather wasn’t capable of doing de-matting. So I had to rebook. When I asked if they could simply bathe him and I would deal with any matting on my own they refused and said it was against policy, so they couldn’t do anything at all. My dog has longer hair and will not stay on his back for brushing, which means bath times and when he’s on a table is when matting is handled. The fact that they accepted a de-matting fee and didn’t schedule me with someone who was trained to handle scissors is on them.

This was my first time eating at this establishment, loved it, server was super nice and even the manager or owner made us feel welcome coming out and talking sports with us, made us feel right at home, we will definitely be returning
