We have been here before and had good luck but today’s service was awful. My dog is uneven, splotchy and hair was long in some places, short in other. They did nothing about my complaint to rectify it. I won’t be going back. I paid $80 for my dog to look like he has the mange. I’m going to have to even him out myself. The last photo is what he normally looks like
These people are nothing less than AMAZING !!! The level of care is five star all the way. THIS is definitely a second home for our little one. Professional, Outstanding Customer service and when I say they go beyond the call of duty, I mean they really do. We have had great experiences with BOTH locations! Y'all are awesome. Wonderful staff. THANK YOU!!!
Happy K9 staff are all wonderful , helpful and kind to my little cookie , kudos to the staff. To the groomers & staff , while seeing cookie leaving with her tail wagging is the biggest compliment to your care .
Happy K9 did a very good job with Cookie ! This was my 1st time visiting their store and I was inspired with how they treated Cookie. The trim and nails Sevices Cookie received had him looking like the prince he was meant to be!!
We are extremely pleased with our experience! It was our dogs first time being groomed and she looks incredible. She had some heavy matting and we knew it would be a big job, but we couldn’t be happier with the results! The price is extremely reasonable for the amount of work done and the staff is very friendly and made me feel welcomed! We will definitely be back and have even sent their info to friends and family.
We had the works done on our dog, Benji! He was beautiful when we picked him up! Happy K-9 did a wonderful job on him! 5 stars for the girls at Happy K-9!
We have taken our dog here for about a year now. The people are super friendly and very professional and it’s also clear that they enjoy being around dogs. The first couple times our little Chihuahua was very nervous about going in but now she doesn’t mind it at all. I’d highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for someone to groom your dog.
