PetSmart Grooming

I have to say I have been going to Petsmart Grooming for a couple years now and I take my dog to see Nelva I love taking him to get groomed by her he always comes back so fresh, clean and groomed so nicely 💅

Zero stars if I was able to do that! As today 6/20/24 I brought my dog in (first time ever getting a professional groomer) the white old lady was already rude when I got there. My dog has anxiety seeing new people faces now this white old lady was rude impatient with my dog which I thought she was a professional when handling dogs like this but she was so much in a rush she didn’t want to help she was waiting on Ashley to get there because it was her appointment but was already acting like she did want to be there. Ashley was very kind and sweet my dog was warming up to her but that white old lady was making it worse for my dog. I’m just saying dogs can sense if a person is bad and that white old lady is one. But Ashley is very good with dogs, I just decided not to get him groomed!

Amazon it is I guess. I went for 2 items and they did have either. Located in a completely dead strip mall with an empty Big Lots and Joann Fabrics, both out of business.

I called to see if they had any society finches in, whoever answered the phone couldn’t grasp the concept that it’s a type of bird. Then she said huffily that "I’ll have to walk over there to check". Like I’m she’s doing me a favor rather than a customer checking the availability of a product.

While waiting for my dog to come out I witnessed one of the groomers pushed a dog against a metal pole. The poor dog scream in pain when his head hit the pole. I will not be bringing my dog to this place again. That happened with people looking God only knows how they treat the dogs when nobody is around.

I took my overweight kitty in for a bath because she was having trouble cleaning her privates. They did a sanitary shave but claimed she wouldn't let her wash her down there. How in the world did she let you shave her tho? Worst $90 I ever spent! Will go to a professional next time.
