PetSmart Grooming

This isn’t even worth one star. I was in your store today 8-23-24 @ 10:15. When I saw a lot of pee on the floor. I alerted the two young girls at the grooming desk. They said I needed to find an employee for the store. I asked them you can’t page someone? They both said no! That I needed to find an employee of the store. So I grabbed some paper towels that were next to them. I threw them on the floor so a customer would not slip or fall. These ladies were rude and uncaring. Such selfish uncaring women. I went to the hotel area. I explained to them that someone’s animal peed on the floor. This young man heard me and volunteered to clean it up. Who ever is the boss. Needs to teach them to care about other peoples safety. I’ve spent a lot of money in this store. I doubt if I will come back to this store

Natalia saved us on a last minute emergency grooming appointment. Saturday morning played with our sweet labradoodle puppy (6 months) in a field next to our house and he ended up with burs all over his belly. Called so last minute and she took us in and cleaned him up so good. He was like a new pup when we picked him up. Thankful for Natalia giving Elvis the red carpet treatment last minute on a Saturday morning.

I wouldnt even give one star but need to to give this reveiw. Call made appointment 4:00 On march 23 2024. A blond girl short hair from pet hotel on bryant irvin road ft worth texas kept repeating your dog will be alone not playing with any other dogs because doggie daycare was over she said this 3 times then said if u use over night there is nobody to watch the dogs. I was reading a paper to sign for changes. She kept say only one bathroom break for your dog. Horrible the person that i made the appt. Had said a spring special 15.00 ask for email they would take pic of dog and send to email. Also they would give us a coupon book to. When i got the lady said no and no nothing and your dog will be by it self!!!!! We said no and left said hotel from hell. We had used the place before and this was the worst experience EVER

I love taking Luka, my rescue dog, here for Doggie Daycare. He has severe separation anxiety and with the patience of the staff, he has truly bloomed into a loving, social and playful dog. All of the staff are caring and compassionate, and Luka loves each staff member. They are flexible with my work schedule and give me any updates and improvements on his behavior.

Don’t bother being 10 mins early to your appointment, your groomer won’t be there. Then they don’t take your dog back if they are not there.

Refused to board my dog because of a virus she had over four years ago. Made zero effort to understand what it was, just didn't want to deal with it. Make sure not to tell them if your dog has ever been sick in their entire life. Thanks for nothing.

The store is always clean: the staff is also helpful. I love the Doggy Day Care and so do my dogs. The staff remembers your dogs by name...I keep going back and back!!!!!
