Kristie did an amazing job. She was able to trim my dogs hair low, which made her feel alot cooler during the heatwave. Thank you Kristie and Petsmart 🐶

One of the worst hair cuts my dog has ever received. I paid 105 for a wash and cut plus a deluxe package that was supposed include a face and paw wash and rub and I was still finding dirt and hair between my puppy’s paws that wasn’t cut or cleaned properly and he still had eye boogers. His package was supposed to come with a Bandana and a cologne sprits but he didn’t receive any of that. It’s seems like this pet smart is more interested in hurry to the next animal instead of doing a proper grooming to the animal they have. The job was rushed and I’m vary disappointed in it. I will sadly not be returning to this location and I will be advising any friends or family with pets to also stay away from this location it’s a waste of money and time when you don’t get what you pay for.

Very rude yes they were closing came in at 8:48 and leaving at 9:05 but a lot of attitude girl with a shell bracelet and black short hair… checked us out with a lot of attitude never coming back!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Very helpful when it come to your pets 🐶
