Scenthound Fort Worth Westcliff

My new rescue dog Shiloh loved it. It was his first time and we were nervous of how he would do. I definitely recommend coming here as they do not let dogs come in contact with each other. Also he smells so nice ☺️

I love ScentHound and lil Razzmatazz has a new groomers. The registration staff were very nice. The place is relaxing and there’s no sound of loud barking dogs and the outer office doesn’t have a doggie scent. Great Grooming location!!!🐾

I’m not one to leave reviews or give bad comments, but I was incredibly disappointed with this visit. I’ve taken my dog here four times. The first bath was great, which is why I kept returning. During two later visits, I noticed issues like parts of her hair still being wet after a blowout service, and on one visit she was not fully cleaned, but I didn’t say anything at the time. This last time I requested a trim, I asked whether it would be more of a shaping, since my Pomeranian has a lot of hair and I only wanted her cleaned up, not shaved down. I also only asked for a little hair trimmed behind her ears because of knots. I wasn’t given a clear answer about the trim, and the result was not what I requested. As shown in the photos, more hair was taken off behind her ears than I expected, and while that may have been necessary because of the knots, it was done unevenly from one side to the other. At the very least, I would have expected it to be even. The trim looked patchy in places and I had to fix parts of it myself at home. For how pricey the service was, the quality of the trim was disappointing.

I’ve been going here for about 3 months. The first few times I have them just give a bath, blowout, nail trim, overall hair trim. This last time I had went to have them do the full package and do all of the above plus a complete cut on my Malamute. Unfortunately once I had returned to get my baby girl. She was in pain in her hind leg. Also, the haircut was completely botched. The groomer did not report it to management also, my girlfriend had to call in and have management find the video evidence of the incident. I understand accidents happen. Unfortunately the trust was lost when nothing was said. Also, the trust in grooming experience. The groomer didn’t know how to properly cut and groom a malamutes coat. Fingers crossed that the coat is not ruined.

Staff is always friendly from beginning to end. Service is very much personalized and handled with such care. My fur baby always looks like a million bucks after her grooming session.

Yesterday was my first time getting mylanie groomed at the Westcliff location. And the ladies at the front desk were awesome . They gave me all the info what my dog needed to be done with in the future. Mylanie smelled fresh . Her ears were cleaned real well. And her nails were done perfect. I definitely will be back soon forsure.

I was actually pretty impressed trying out scenthound!! The front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. My boy is very anxious and gets very nervous when around new people or at a vet or groomer environment. They took real good care of him and were able to get all of his services done and he is so relaxed and is so clean.
