I really want to give Jose his flowers specifically, but every other dog I’ve seen come out of this salon is gorgeous. Jose specifically is really just a wonderful human. My dog has gone to him 3-4 times & I’ve been so happy with the outcome every time. My pup can’t stand grooming, even medicated, & Jose is so patient with him. I’m a very happy dog mom since grooming with hair & dippity

We absolutely love Sherri! From the moment we walked in, it was clear she genuinely cares about both pets and their humans. Professional, kind, and completely unbothered by a little chaos. Sherri handled our two very different dogs like an absolute pro—Trixie June, who believes nail trims are a personal attack, and Luca, our Italian trash goblin who lives to test boundaries. Somehow, both came home looking fantastic and shockingly relaxed. Her patience, humor, and obvious love for animals really set her apart. It’s not easy to find someone you trust with your dogs—especially these two—but we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend Sherri!

They did such an amazing job. She has really bad anxiety and most times cannot get a full groom. They are the first ones to fully groomer her and she looks amazing

Had a great experience! Had an appointment on Saturday that I had to cancel unexpectedly. They were understanding and really helpful. Called next day they were open to schedule a shave for my cat(long haired sanitation shave) and they fir me in same day. They did a great job! Will recommend this place and will continue to use them when I need her shaved again! Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about this pet salon! I bring my two pitbulls here, and every single visit is amazing. The staff is kind, patient, and truly knows how to make my pups feel comfortable and loved. Pitbulls can sometimes make people nervous, but not here, everyone greets them with big smiles and treats them like family. The grooming is always top notch, they come home looking and smelling incredible, and the level of care is unmatched. It’s such a relief knowing our dogs are in safe, gentle hands. Highly recommend this salon to anyone, especially bully breed owners. Five stars all the way! 🌟🐾

I couldn’t be happier with Penny’s grooming. After several other groomers in the area returned her to me with a horrible cut or an overly short tail, Hair N Dipity listened to my concerns and returned Penny looking the best she ever has! Thank you so much for your top-notch customer service and friendly staff. We will most definitely be back. 🙂

I love dogs! More than anything i love mines! You know how you get a bad feeling about a place. This is one of them. I seen the owner thank someone for a one star review. She seems careless. If i "were" to send my lovely dogs here number one id be terrifyed just wanting to know whats going with my dogs knowing how careless the owner is. Number two, everyone gets charged a diffrent price. Yes, it is up to the owner but its wrong. That mean she seeing how much money you have and keep on charging you from there. Three, there are no holiday specials! Im trying to figure out if this is a devil's den or a great place i TRUST to send my dogs to. So far a HARD no! The owner has to watch how she responds publicly , because peaple do screen shot the TRUTH and post it. My advice would be to be kind. Kindness goes a long way. Being kind to not only humans, but to animals as well. In this world we live in now you need great customer service and good prices. This groomer company is guaranteed to NOT have any of these qualities. I hope in the future that her staff and prices make a change .
