Petco Grooming

They were so good with my dogs. My dogs were well behaved and let me know of my dog's cracked nail, and said if I come back for nail trimmings, it'll fix itself. They loved Zeus and Bobo and even helped put on my dog's new harnesses. You guys are great and will be back next month for nail trimming!

Both my HUGE dogs went to Petco before their surgeries and Samantha, the groomer, was once again absolutely outstanding! Samantha, Susan, and Jamie have all been fantastic with my dogs. I Highly recommend Petco grooming!

My big pup usually has a difficult time in stores but not going to Petco. The people in the grooming department know him by name and he recognizes them too and greets them with a big wag of his tail. They take their time so he is less anxious. Love them !!!! And he looks great !!!!

We were new to the area and Susan was extra sweet and patient with my girl. Harley wasn't distressed or anxious when I picked her up and was so happy, tail wagging not to mention super soft and shiny. Susan took great care of her and everyone that was there was really friendly and welcoming. We found our new groomer! Thank you all so much for taking such great care of Miss Harley!

Just horrible! We made a 1:00 appointment for a cut, de shedding, summer cut and nail trim. After not hearing anything by 4:30 I repeatedly called the grooming salon. No one picked up and the message gave me one option, when did I want to schedule a grooming appointment and someone would get back to me in a few hours. I immediately drive to the store. At 5:00 our dog was on the bench just being dried. Four hours was way too long for a nearly 12 year old old. She was the last dog of the day apparently. Why when her appointment was for 1:00. In addition, it was a horrible cut. Not even, definitely not a summer cut. We will not be taking any of our dogs there and will not recommend to any of our other dogs owner friends.

Paid for teeth brushing, but Abby and Cooper teeth were not brushed. Called and even left a message for Susan to return my call. She did not. Other than that I am somewhat satisfied.

We love our experience at PETCO, Frederick! Susan has been an amazing groomer to both of our Afghan Hound dogs, Ashley and Chase. She is very friendly and seems to be kind to our pups. They both look amazing after each grooming session!
