PetSmart Grooming

I went into the store to get fish. The young lady near the fish was already assisting another customer. After about 5 min of looking at the fish, another employee (a young man) walked up to the young lady, never addressed me, then went back to the front. I went to the front where there were 2 employees just talking and asked for assistance. The same young man advised that there’s someone back there. I advised that she was helping someone else, in which he responded with a dismissive tone, "well she’ll be with you in a minute." I was 1 of the only 2 customers in the store and the other one was already being assisted. At that time, the employees outnumbered the customers, as I counted at least 4 employees. That was my first and last time at PetSmart.

Worst grooming service ever. My dog’s all nail got cut to bleed I found out when I got home and covers full of small hair all over her body. The shampoo smells really bad. They even forgot to give the little scarf as that listed in price details. I spent $80 for such a awful service.

Took my dog in for bath and deshedding, when I picked her up she was clean but still blowing coat as if no one bothered to brush her. I'm not one to complain but I am very disappointed in the quality of services provided.

This is what the groomer did to my dog. Didn't notice this until 2 days later.

Hours are NOT correct. Store opens at 9am, not 7am. This is totally unacceptable. Correct the error
