This place is absolutely not recommended. They kept my dog from 1 PM to 5:30 PM, and the haircut wasn't even done properly. When I complained, the guy who groomed him aggressively grabbed my dog, simply because he had done a bad job. Never come here. This was on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
I have been taking my Lily for 10 years before she passed, they wwre so patient with her and loving. Now I take my chihuahua Chickie and they are always so great! Thank you for everything
To the owner: I’m reaching out, because I dropped off my Balinese cat, "Mishri" for a wash. I did not authorize a cut. When I picked her up and brought her home, I discovered a huge patch of hair missing on her back. My husband called and we were refunded the service. However, it’s been several weeks and this photo is taken today and her hair is barely growing back. This was not the first time I brought her in and I did not give anyone any indication or instructions to shave her. She’s a senior cat and I can’t imagine how terrified she would have been when being shaved.
Will never go to another groomer again! We found our home at Top Dog. With amazing staff and out of the world skill our dogs have been groomed and cared for by top dog for over a year. We have never been dissatisfied. We bring in our three babies at once, and they are kind enough to accommodate our weekly schedule.
Best Groomers ever! I have an Instagram dog that comes in every week for grooming. I get compliments all the time on his grooming. I've gone other places in my life and never have I had as good service and attention to detail.!
Best groomers in Frisco. They transformed my rug into a dog! 🐶 My golden doodle’s fur was extremely tangled/matted so Top Dogs gave her a lovely short haircut. She is now tangle-free and visibly more comfortable! I highly recommend Top Dogs for all pet grooming needs.
Completely butchered my cavapoo puppy. I asked for them to leave hair on her head for bows, nothing was spared and she’s uneven from head to toe. Will not be returning.
