The Groomery

Absolutely wonderful groomers. They've done the best job on my aunt's dog, who has arthritis, and does not like to be groomed! They are so sweet with her, and give her the most amazing Schnauzer cut she's ever had! I recommend them highly!

This place is awful. DO NOT COME HERE. I have been bringing my dog here for almost 9 years to a consistent groomer (Jessica) the whole time. Recently, after this new owner change. The owner herself lied to me and said Jessica will be doing his grooming, when I brought my dog in and double checked. Upon picking him up, his hair was all messed up. It did not look like him, and I could tell he was visibly uncomfortable with the outcome. Even when he came home, he normally is very upbeat and happy coming back from a grooming appointment, but he was uncomfortable and not like himself. I found out when I picked him up that it was actually not Jessica who did his hair, even though the owner herself specifically confirmed to me that it would be her. I just don’t understand why the lie was needed. Makes no sense. I had also paid extra for the express grooming. They only reluctantly gave me a refund after I argued for 20 minutes. New owners are nothing like the place before. AVOID THIS PLACE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Scout, our Labradoodle (3/4 poodle +1/4 Labradoodle), had his summer haircut today. We've taken our dogs to The Groomery for a number of years. Always have wonderful experiences.

AVOID THIS PLACE This business recently had an ownership change and these new owners are liars! I've been bringing my dog here for years now and the quality used to be great. I always requested Jessica to cut my dog's hair, and recently when I brought my dog in, they told me Jessica still worked there, even after I double checked with them the day of. After the cut, my dog's hair looked horrendous! It turns out that Jessica had parted ways with the business a while ago and they LIED about her employment status to try and take my business. I will NEVER be coming back here.

BEWARE!!!!! I've been taking my miniature Sheepadoodle to Jessica at The Groomery for several years...all his life. Recently I made a grooming appointment; when I got there they told me Jessica was gone. I let the owner groom Charley and she was totally incompetent! His face was all chopped up, there were mat's in his chest, there was NO attempt made to trim or even out his coat...his collar wasn't even removed for the grooming. He was still wet where his limbs meet his body AND he was horribly traumatized by the whole experience! I will NEVER go to The Groomery again! Steer clear of the new owner!!! I wish I hadn't tipped her ahead of time... $10.00!!!

I have been taking my babies to the Groomery for almost a year now after years of trying different groomers I finally found the perfect place for my babies. I take my 5 year old Maltese and my 1 year old Maltese/Bichon frisé mix and they always come home looking beautiful. Su & Jessica are very detail oriented, and make sure you always leave 100% satisfied.

Our dog can get nervous sometimes and can be difficult at the groomer. They do a great job and take care of our dog, accommodating him greatly! Would highly recommend The Groomery!
