My puppy had her first grooming appointment at this location. From the moment we were greeted in the lobby to the checkout process I was met with really kind and personal customer service. Diamond was so wonderful making me feel good about the process and walking my new to grooming puppy through the facility before starting the process. I think Cat-Han was the wonderful groomer (trying to give everyone their flowers who helped) who came out and greeted me at the end. My puppy left so happy, fluffy, and clean. I can’t wait to keep bringing her back. Thanks for your patience and love towards my GSD.

It’s clear that this business is operated by people who are passionate about delivering top-tier service to every dog that walks through their doors. My Mila and I have been coming here ever since I got her and realized it would be impossible for me to handle grooming her on my own, given her high density and high shedding German Shepherd/Husky coat. She is always comfortable coming here and the results are always amazing for the value. The amount of attention, love, and care they commit to each pup sets the bar so high. My Mila always leaves this place smelling good, looking like a million bucks, with no grudge against me (meaning she’s not mad at me for taking her there!). I really appreciate that they do all that they can to ensure that your dog is comfortable during their service, including watching them from a monitor from the front desk. The staff are so knowledgeable about dog wellness, especially Alex. If you love your dog, bring them here!

I can only recommend this place. I have taking my husky there for almost a year, they doing a great job with him he is always happy when coming and leaving. They also do a good job with his coat and it helps me with managing the shading. Staff is nice and welcoming. And pricing is very advantageous for someone like me with a husky that requires extra services.

What a find! My dog only needs nail trims and it has been hard to find a place that can commit to a time (not have you walk in and take a chance someone is there who can help). I'm such a procrastinator, so when I call, I end up begging to get on the books with someone. I spoke to Heather and although her next few days were packed with appointments, she made every effort to get me in. When I arrived, she was kind and quick with my dog and even gave me some tips on keeping her nails healthy and things to watch out for. She was amazing!

We love going to ScentHound. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They listen to my requests and they make sure our dog comes out looking beautiful each time. Plus, I love the report we get after each visit. His picture from his last visit.

Scenthound was amazing! Quick, clean and they did a great job. They bathed my dog, gave her a blow out, nail trim and teeth cleaning. We added a deep conditioning treatment too! I am going to sign up for their monthly package.

I found Scenthound on social media and thought we’d give it a try. I called and spoke with an employee who was very helpful answering all my questions. On the day of our appointment I dropped Ares off for his "spa day" The initial appointment lasted about 2 hours and they said the 1st appointment is usually longest as they get a double shampoo. We chose the deshedding shampoo (my Ares is a husky), blow out and teeth and paw care. When I picked him up he looked amazing. I definitely keep up with grooming by brushing him regularly but he looked so good and smelled amazing. I think he knew that too! I will be discussing membership with my husband to see how he feels about it. Staff was very nice and supportive.
