Omg! If I could give it 10 stars I would...Akea gave my baby Neo the 5 star treatment!! Absolutely Top Notch!!! He actually looks the way he is supposed to..after 2 failed attempts with Pet Smart...we have FINALLY found a groomer we LOVE!!! She was a wonderful communicator before, during and after..Top Tier experience!!! Book with her you won't regret it!! 45min but worth the trip and $$ well spent! Excellent Job! Thank you Akea💜

I have never trusted my dogs grooming care with anyone else, because she is very small (7-9lbs) and can be injured easily. but with having a baby this past year - I knew recently I had to make a change for my pups best interest and life. TBH I should’ve accepted it sooner. I chose Biscuits Baths and Beyond for my pups first professional groom and could not feel better about that! They had my sweet girl feeling like a million. I was so nervous all day bc she likes to show out sometimes out of fear. Then She acted like she didn’t even know me when I came to pick her up, which is a big first. AND - Not a single hair out of place. If you are on the fence and don’t know who to trust - come by this place. They will treat your baby like their own. You will absolutely not regret it!

I’ve been taking my dogs here for almost 4 years and they always look great when they’re done! I have tried other places closer to my new house and always end up coming back to Biscuits, Bath & Beyond. I highly recommend bringing your pups here.

I was looking for a place close to my home to take my dog, Max, my labrador retriever for a grooming. I read all the reviews and decided to take him here. I am so happy I did. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I took him at 9am and Akea, the one that was going to groom Max, said it would take 2 to 3 hrs and that she would text/call when he was ready to be picked up. At 1130 she text and said he was ready. When I got there he looked amazing. They all talked about how good he was. I was worried when I left him there because he has separation anxiety. To my suprise he was not anxious at all and was just sitting there watching everyone. He looked very content and happy. Akea, the one who groomed Max, was so friendly and sweet and I could tell that she loved Max and all dogs. I can't say enough about what an amazing grooming she did on Max. She is definately an excellent groomer and cares about animals and it shows. I highly recommend this business for your dog grooming needs and will definately be bringing Max back in the future. I would like to give a huge shout out to Akea. Akea your are the best and thank you for all you did for Max!

Amber is the best! So glad to have found biscuits bath and beyond. Amber always does a good job with my pup and takes care of him so well. He always looks on point/ handsome after his grooming and my pup loves her too. Totally recommend checking out biscuits bath and beyond plus bernie is always so nice when im making my appointments 🤗

I took two dogs and they did a great job. My 4 year old Maltese mix had me nervous as it was his first time being groomed. She did tell me hole doesn’t like his feet touched which I expected but his groom looked so great! I am glad to know I have somewhere to take my dog now!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. They hurt my baby. Two vet visits, several medications and a lot of pain for Ozzy… The pictures tell the story. Do NOT take your fur babies to them!
