PetSmart Grooming

I went to buy a yellow fish with my son, and the man rudely told me he wouldn't sell me a fish because I was required to buy a super large fish tank. I went to Petco, got the fish for my son, and they gave me everything I needed, including the fish tank I wanted.

I brought my two dogs to get groomed and Maddison did such a fantastic job with both of them. The groomers seem patient and to really enjoy working with dogs which is exactly what I look for, especially with my eldest dog who is scared of nail clippers and scissors. I hadn't taken my eldest dog to a groomer in a long time because he had a negative experience that unfortunately left him terrified of nail clippers and hair cuts. While I was transparent about it up front, I truthfully half expected PetSmart Grooming to call me halfway through and tell me that they couldn't finish. Imagine my surprise when I call and ask if my dogs would be ready for pick up soon and they tell me yes - they are almost done! A sincere thank you to PetSmart Grooming for your patience and kindness toward my dogs and for making them looking amazing!

I will never take my my goldendoodle there again. About 4 days ago I took him there paid over 130.00 and my dog came back with cuts and scrape injuries in several parts of his body. I didnt notice until I was trying to brush him and he would not allow me to brush him. I was told that the reason he had low spots was because of matting. But it looks like a 5 year old cut his fur. I would never take him there. Don't take your pet there.

Amber did a good job of a simple wash and trim for my puppy. I was surprised at my dog's happy and playful attitude after his first experience ever at a groomer. He will need a few more puppy treatments before he gets used to the process of going to a salon. My dogs face was trimmed, nails were clipped, and he was so silky soft. I received many compliments on his appearance afterward that I would continue bringing him in for grooming sessions.

Always take care my dog very good. This time was a little different because it was only one girl taking care of all the dogs because they others had to leave because emergency. But she did a great job all by herself. I give 4 stars because No one else helped her and a few people had a very long wait.

Extremely disappointing experience today. I had a grooming appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM and arrived around 12:35 PM, but due to the slow check-in process, I wasn’t even able to get to the counter until nearly 12:55 PM. Despite the fact that I had been standing there waiting the entire time, I was immediately told a $10 late fee would apply. What made the situation even worse was the attitude from the staff. Instead of addressing me directly or showing any understanding, the groomer, Madison, spoke to the front desk person about me as if I wasn’t standing there. When I explained I had been waiting to check in since 12:35, I was met with dismissive responses, sarcasm, and zero accountability. I was then informed my appointment had been cancelled because I didn’t answer my phone immediately while I was getting my dog out of the car and walking inside. When I asked if they could still take him, I was told, with attitude, "We could, but we are still charging the late fee." At that point, I chose to leave. After the way I was treated, I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care. I’ve been bringing my dog here for the last two years and have never experienced anything like this. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service was honestly shocking. Losing loyal customers over rude behavior and poor communication is not a good look. I will not be returning.
