Petco Grooming

My dog was excited going into the appointment and seemed like he was comfortable being there when I picked him up. He received a haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, wash and dry. Everything went great, Shadow looks so cute, the groomer was very nice and did an excellent job, I'll be back for the next grooming in a few months or so.

Filthy location! So many dead fish in horrible dirty tanks. My dog's service went on forever! We were told because walk ins came in!!! What is the reason for appointments??? 100% will never return to this location.

The actual groomer did a good job. At the end of it there was 599 added to my bill which was never discussed with me I would think $67 is quite enough to pay for a dog including the supplies but that $5.99 was for supplies. Also was told my dog was listed as a Labradoodle and she's a tiny little Yorkie Pomeranian so I wanted verification that the price I was given was correct she got snippety with me at the register so I went up front and told them I had a problem I wanted to talk to somebody about and by the end of it I was not happy and I was not nice but I got the 599 off and 20% off for it being her first grooming there which I should have gotten that anyway but it was never offered to me until I asked if there was some kind of discount they could give me because online it states there are several. I don't know that I'll go back there it's too expensive

Madilynn did such a great job. They used an oatmeal treatment on Stella's skin and she has never looked so good - did a great job around her eyes, and overall care. THANK YOU!

I got my dog, tank, home and while I was petting him I noticed some hair that was matted. Then I kept petting and found another one and then another one. I spent a lot of money on hid grooming for him to come home matted not to mention I drive 40 minutes one way for these appointments. I am not happy at all.

Dog grooming… very overpriced for not having anal glands done, teeth cleaning not included had to pay extra for nail buffing… looking for for some place to take her
