Furry to Fabulous Pet Spa

For the past 4+ years, Furry to Fabulous has kept my Pom freshly groomed every month. Always consistent, efficient, and typically under 2 hours. I appreciate their effective use of scheduling, so my pup doesn’t spend the entire day there! Highly recommend!

I have been a customer here for the past 1.5 years and have not had any issues until now. Specifically with the Groomer Erica, I requested for my dog to be cut shorter post grooming like the image that I sent a month prior which I referred to as "the same as last time" for his cut. With this being said she told me it is the same length (which it was not as the picture) but the same as they had in their notes. With this confusion she was not understanding or accommodating and in my opinion very hostile with her responses towards me and had a tantrum in the back. To have a civil conversation on getting the cut I was looking for l had to speak to another employee at the front desk.

Furry to Fabulous Pet Spa is truly one of a kind! I drive all the way from Charlotte just to bring my baby here because no one else compares. The care, love, and attention they give my dog is absolutely unmatched. Lulu always comes home looking flawless! The staff treats her so well every single time, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such loving hands. Worth every mile and every minute—thank you for taking such amazing care of my girl!

Thank you for getting Daisy in on such short notice. She looked great and more importantly I could tell the people there care about dogs. My dog is 14 and has some health issues; they asked questions before taking her back. I’d highly recommend this business, Erica gave her a gorgeous haircut.

Found this groomer by accident. Loved the job they did on my furbaby. I was told two different prices for the services I asked for (was told $60 for wash and $10 for dye, then I was up-charged $5 on each) so that's why only 4 stars. I like consistency. I'll definitely get it in writing on a card next time. Otherwise, really cute place, with friendly staff.

We take both our bernadoodles here for their monthly grooming. Cooper and Carly love it and they look incredible when they are done. The staff is professional and really know what they are doing. We couldn’t be happier.

I can't say enough about Furry to Fabulous! I have a Standard Poodle and a Bernedoodle and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. The staff is warm, friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. I am truly amazed when I pick up my dogs- The grooming is top notch and they treat my dogs like family.
