Sent my dog bouncer here to have him cleaned. He's been traumatized since we picked him up. I went to wash him today and he bit me in the face. His skin is broke out so bad he has scabs and bald spots. They abused my dog. And im filing a lawsuit. Do not go here. My dog was great and normal before taking him here.
We have taken our dog bouncer here on and off for 4 years!! Well we haven't taken him in over a year and Brooke used to always groom him!! I never had any problems when I got him back!! I took him down there last week and got him back!! Well hes got fleas and had never had them, he has also gotten aggressive, my husband went to give him a bath today he bit him and he has never been that way towards my husband!! Our dog is terrified of a bath now and refuses to let us bathe him!! I don't know what they did to our dog but he is traumatized!! I wouldn't recommend!! I will never take him back there!!
I'm just amazed how they were able to give my 2 shih tzus their spark back.. not gonna get into details as to why they were so matted but these here folks did an amazing job.. I am so thankful and will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Love Daisy and Cosmo.. 🥰

Had my furr baby Sadie Groomed for the first time ever and I Absolutely love her cut!! Definitely recommend this place for sure!!
They did an amazing job! My cocker spaniel can be grumpy and was very disheveled they did a great job and I picked him up as handsome as can be! Would definitely reccomend!
Owner isn’t friendly. Not a welcoming experience. The hours of operation, on the website, doesn’t match what they actual work. Honestly, the cut on my dogs wasn’t horrible, but I will likely take them somewhere where the service is more inviting. If you need a quick fix, go for it, but I will not be back. I will take my money elsewhere.
