Petco Grooming

This morning, I took my Schnauzer to the groomer. When I dropped him off, I was very explicit that I wanted him to have the classic "Schnauzer face" (true to his breed). When I arrived to pick him up, I made the mistake of paying before I actually saw him. When I finally did see my dog, he had absolutely no beard—*none* at all. It is shameful how they left him; in some spots, his fur is shorter than in others. I paid to have his ears cleaned, yet they didn't trim the hair inside or outside his ears... they didn't trim his ear hair *at all*! When I picked him up, he even had eye gunk. I feel very angry, deceived, and disappointed to have paid $113 for such shoddy service, only to receive my dog ​​back without his beard. It was unethical and disrespectful that they didn't call me beforehand to ask if they could cut off his entire beard simply because they didn't know how to untangle it. They didn't call me, and they made decisions that were not theirs to make. My dog ​​isn't just a dog—he is family.

The grooming team at Petco on Woodruff Road is excellent. They are welcoming and friendly. They are also kind to their doggie customers and do a great job! I hihly recommend.

I recently had my dog groomed during a same day scheduled grooming appointment with Jessica. Jessica is patient, knowledgeable, professional and helped make me and my anxious dog feel relaxed. Jessica did a fantastic job grooming my dog. The salon was also very clean and smelled nice. Thank You!

I brought my 11 year old shepherd/akita mix in to be bathed and deshedded. She has a ton of hair!! The groomer was excellent and worked on Sadie for two hours, giving her breaks that she needed as she has a weak hip. She looked 10 pounds lighter and was beautiful! They did a great job and appreciated the extra care they gave my sweet girl.

This is a big thanks and much overdue 5 star review for Ashlee in the grooming department. She is very patient with our two fur babies even when one does not like getting her nails trimmed. Even so, she is always so happy to see Ashlee every time we go in. Thank you for everything you do for our babies.

Grooming experience was amazing. My friend's dog absolutely loved his spa day. ❤️ He came in with an overgrown coat and needed the works. He came back looking like this and it's like someone took his personality and put him in a new dog. Lol he seems to enjoy his new haircut.

Dawn somehow makes an easy job out of doing our Zoey's nails and bath and did a great job doing it.
