My dog LOVES it here. I went here specifically for Charmin because I trust her so much with my dog Paisley. I knew her as a groomer at a previous job and always thought she was so sweet and kind and talented. My dog loved her so when we found out Charmin opened her own business we were on our way. 😎 When Charmin wasn’t available any more (she’s just so popular!), Melissa began grooming Paisley and guess what, she fell in love with her too! If you knew my dachshund, you would know how judgmental and standoffish she can be. But the second she enters the salon she’s full of kisses and tail wags 😁 we love it here so much. I am so thankful for Charmin and her staff for taking amazing care of my baby. She always leaves happy and beautiful 🤩 🫶🏻 and when she goes on her birthday, they celebrate! Enjoy the photos 👏🏻👏🏻

Charming Puppy Cuts has been a great experience for me and my dog. I have a poodle mix named Latke (she was born on Chanukah 2015). Latke is excited to go there and always comes out happy, clean and beautiful. Her groomer Hope is wonderful. Hope clearly loves what she does and pays close attention to detail. You can tell that Hope loves and cares about her furry clients very much. This makes for a very happy puppers and a very happy doggie mama! I definitely recommend going to Charming Puppy Cuts and seeing Hope and the rest of great team there.

My dog and I love Charming Puppy Cuts!! We have been bringing him here since he was three months old and we could not ask for a better experience! Every time we get to the parking lot Wally basically jumps out of the car! His groomer Hope is so kind, caring and make him looks and feel great every time! We are so lucky to have found Hope and the entire staff at Charming Puppy Cuts that help make Wally happy and comfortable at every appointment!

The owner of Charmin Puppy Cuts is not incredibly rude and unprofessional to customers at the slightest inconvenience/question/point of contention, but I have witnessed her being incredibly unkind to the dogs in her presence. Her reviews to some of the 1 star reviews here confirm this. If you love your dogs, please do not bring them to Charming Puppy Cuts, because who knows how she treats them once their parents leave.

Charmin is truly one of a kind. She is the sweetest with my dogs, and I’m so grateful to finally have a place where I feel completely at ease dropping Ellie and Bear off. From the moment we walk in, her entire staff greets my dogs by name and gives them immediate love and attention — they’re treated like true little celebrities. Bear has some medical issues with back spasms, and when one occurred during a grooming appointment, Charmin and her staff handled it with such care, patience, and professionalism. Knowing he was in such capable, compassionate hands meant everything to me. I don’t trust many people with my dogs, but I trust Charmin and her judgment 100%. She is incredibly kind, gentle, and always puts what’s best for the dogs first. People’s true character shows in how they treat animals, and Charmin exemplifies that completely. I love knowing I can confidently drop my dogs off for a spa day and know they’re being cared for like family. Highly, highly recommend. 🐾💛

We brought our cockapoo, Bernard in to get a wash and a cut from Melissa and she did a brilliant job! Everyone in the salon was friendly and professional! Highly recommended!

I brought my Pomeranian puppy to Dana for the first time today. Even though my little girl ended up being a brat, Dana was incredibly patient with her. Her cut came out amazing - she looks so good!! We'll definitely be back!
